Dean’s POV
After eating lunch, I decided to walk along the street.
To be amazed by the beauty of nature. Huminto ang mga paa ko sa paglalakad.
I just found myself standing in front of the town park. Halos walang ipinagbago ang lugar na ito.
Newly painted lang ang mga bench. I sat.
This is where I accidentally hit Princess with the empty soda can. I can still remember how she looked with her nose wet with... ah basta!
Si Princess, she is one of the persons I really treasure. I was surprised because I never expected to love her.
The first time I saw her, I almost puke. Sobra sya sa kaartehan, I wanted to punch her on the face! I smiled when our first meeting flashed in my head. I was driving then nung mabangga ko iyong sasakyan nya, halos lumuwa nga yung bituka nya sa pagsigaw sa akin nun!
Walang poise!
She was so irritating back then, loud, careless, nothing’s right.
But, I fell.
Fell deeply inlove with her...
Ang akala ko dati, sya na talga. She was my first.
First crush.
First to backride my motorcycle.
First holding hands.
First hug.
First kiss...
FIRST LOVE.
“you could drown yourself with too much thinking...”--- I was in the middle of reminiscing when he spoke.
“L—Louie?”
He sat beside me, he’s looking somewhere else.
“I wouldn’t know you’re back kung hindi pa kita nakita kanina sa mall...kailan mo balak sabihing umuwi ka na?”--- he lit a cigarette, he offered me one but I refused. Matagal ko ng tinigilan...
“you.saw.me?”
He just nod.
“hindi kita nilapitan dahil kasama ko si...”
“yeah...I saw you two...”
“pasensya ka na pare, I’m just protecting my girlfriend...you know what I mean? Matagal kasi bago sya nakarecover sa pag iwan mo sa kanya...”
I felt guilty, and hurt at the same time.
Like I know na sobrang nasaktan ko si Princess, it hurts me, hanggang ngayon dala dala ko pa rin yung guilt na iyon.
