There was an almighty cheer as the siren went off and Aubrey jumped to her feet, she tried to sing the song though her voice was nearly gone from all of the screaming and cheering she had been doing. It was a good final to watch as a neutral, she bet they enjoyed it but for her and everyone around her it was a stressful affair with neither team getting on top really until the dogs managed to storm home and win by a mere ten points through a mini last quarter surge.

"Sons of the west!" Elle sang loudest as she usually would. The hype of hers was loved by all as always, getting everyone to be happy and excited, not that they needed it at that moment.

"Woo!" Chloe cheered as she jumped up and down with Lou, both screaming at the top of their lungs of excitement. Aubrey laughed as she picked up Lola as Logan moved to hug Elle, and cheered with the little girl on her hip.

"Daddy!" Lola pointed out, she couldn't exactly see Jason but she knew well enough that he was down there somewhere.

"Yeah, daddy is just over there." Aubrey confirmed gently taking Lola's hand and waving it in the direction of Jason not that he was really looking, he was too busy hugging Caleb in excitement.

"Yay!"

"We get to see him soon and you can give him a big hug." Aubrey said as the song started again and played over, everyone continuing to sing, except for the Brisbane fans who were already on their way out of the stadium.

"Bub they won!" Sinead said as she found her way to her daughter, she pulled both Aubrey and Lola in for a hug in her excitement. "Baz is into a prelim."

"He is!" Aubrey said back, moving her mum from side to side in the excitement, she quickly handed Lola back to Logan as she hugged her mum again, the pride that they both felt for their son/brother was extreme. They had both watched him grow from a little boy with a dream to a superstar who was all the way in a prelim. "We better get down so we can see him before he gets too carried away celebrating with everyone."

"I have to go back and find dad, I kind of ran away from him. But I'll meet you down there." Sinead said and she moved away from Aubrey and the rest of the girls, Aubrey was met by Mila who pulled her in for a hug and squealed in her ear, the words were unrecognisable but Aubrey got the general gist of the screams and replied back in the same way. On a normal day they may have looked insane, but everyone around them was feeling a similar thing.

"We should go see the boys." Aubrey suggested again and just like that, they were all on their feet moving to congratulate their loved ones when the time would be right. "This is exciting."

"You can say that again." Laura, Toby Mclean's partner agreed as she fell into step beside Aubrey and Mila. There was a sense of unity and family within the club that was so highly valued between everyone involved, meaning that they could talk to anyone without feeling the feeling of being judged for every word.

"This is exciting." Aubrey smirked as she was being a smart ass, earning a light slap from Laura who rolled her eyes but chuckled anyway, nothing could get their moods down at this point in time.

"Sometimes Aubrey Smith, I hate you very much." Laura joked as they got to the entrance. "I'll see you guys later yeah?"

"Of course, tell Tobs he played awesome." Mila confirmed as she unlinked her arms with Aubrey and they all meant their seperate ways to find the people they were looking for.

"Joshua Dunkley." Aubrey called out as she practically jumped on the back of her boyfriend who caught her easily, laughing at the croak of her voice. "I'm really fucking proud of you, just so you know."

"Thanks for coming and supporting me and stuff." Josh smiled as he put her down and turned her around so that she was standing just in front of him, he pulled her in for a hug although from all the adrenaline he wasn't able to stand still for long and was swaying her from side to side enthusiastically.
