"I cannot believe it, this has just seemed like a sight that I might never see again. You know how heart breaking that was for me, right?" Kyle said dramatically as he watched Josh and Aubrey walk into the Dunkley house. It had only been around a week since they had resumed talking again and it seemed that people would react the same way every time they were together.
"Stop being so dramatic." Aubrey rolled her eyes as she jumped over the back of the couch and sat down next to the youngest sibling, reaching her feet out and resting them on the coffee table that she could only just reach. Everyone else in the house was so tall and didn't always take into consideration that some people are vertically challenged.
"Feet off the table." Josh said monotonously, knowing that neither Aubrey nor Kyle would listen to his words, since he was the one that seemed to do all of the cleaning and not them it wasn't such a big deal.
"Chill out Joshy, it's no big deal." Aubrey said calmly.
"You say that but you don't clean." He retorted.
"Because you always say that we don't do it right, we've all given up on vacuuming and all of that stuff." Kyle replied for himself and Aubrey, it was true that Josh was a clean freak and was so meticulous of the final results that they decided it would be safer to just leave things to him. "Plus you seem to enjoy cleaning so much."
"I only clean because I don't want to live in a pigsty." Josh huffed as he took a seat beside Aubrey and threw his arm over the back of the couch, noticing but not commenting when she moved closer to rest gently on his side.
"You're very dramatic, must run in the family." Aubrey said, cheesily grinning at Josh who just shook his head affectionately.
"I've been called worse."
"What are you hooligans doing here anyway?" Kyle asked.
"We're going on a walk and thought you might like to come." Aubrey said. "You are looking pretty unfit Kyza, just so you know. Constructive criticism of course."
"You know I had forgotten why I was so intent on you and Josh spending time at your place rather then here, but now I remember." Kyle scowled but got up to put shoes on regardless, they had such a close bond that they were practically siblings themselves.
"No you didn't want us here because of how loud we got, hasn't quite happened again yet." Aubrey winked, bursting into laughter at the shade of red on Josh's neck and the disgusted look on Kyle's face. "Still want to come on that walk?"
"You're disgusting, but yes I do."

They decided to visit the 1000 steps up in the hills since it was rumoured to be a relatively pretty trail and it wouldn't be too bad. Kyle had stopped complaining about the innuendos that Aubrey seemed to be making to make up for lost time and she had stopped making the jokes after getting a few harsh looks from Josh.
By the time they all got back to the Dunkley house, Aubrey was exhausted and beyond ready to take a nap, but Kyle decided that because they had dragged him along to go on the walk with them, he would force them both to watch a movie with him. After trying her hardest to get out of watching, she finally gave up when Josh picked her up and put her on the couch.
"So what're we watching?" Aubrey asked, smiling as Josh threw a blanket to cover the pair of them.
"Not an adult film, so both of you keep your hands firmly above the blanket." Kyle scowled, both Aubrey and Josh rolled their eyes and ignored them, Josh instead moving his arms so that they rested on her knee. "We should watch the wizard of oz." He added.
"Stupid idea." Josh denied, shaking his head and glaring at his brother who was laughing hysterically at the reaction of his supposedly tough older brother.
"I think we should, I loved that movie when I was younger. Although it's a little bit creepy when you think of the fact that they supposedly gave Judy Garland the drug addiction that killed her." Aubrey thought aloud.
"We're not watching it, you know I hated it. Just because I'm old now doesn't mean I want to watch stupid people in stupid green face paint." Josh pouted, hoping that if he could Aubrey ok his side they could change the choice. "Plus you're right, that is really creepy and I think we'd all be better off not watching it."
"No chance, Kyle got me all excited over watching it, plus you need to get over your fear of witches. They're not even scary."
"I'm not scared of them, I just have bad memories because of them." Josh said, though the statement was ignored by the two other people in the room, as he knew it would be. "I hate you both, I'm breaking up with you."
"We're not dating yet babe."
yes i changed the end of this just because i could
