Aubrey sat at home on the couch with a glass of wine, she knew it was a bit early to drink but she was waiting for Josh to get back to her place. She was also scrolling on her laptop again, cutting down the list of pictures that she had of dresses. He hadn't yet told her much about what had happened at training, meaning she was stuck thinking about all of the worst case scenarios.

"Aubs?" Aubrey put down her drink as Josh dramatically hobbled his way into the living room, he showed a wry smile as he collapsed down onto the couch dropping his head into her lap. "Hi."

"Are you going to explain what happened or?" Aubrey asked, her arms crossed as she moved his head so that she could stand up, she was a bit upset that he hadn't gone into an explanation straight away, just because she had been worrying about him all day.

"I know Baz already told you, he warned me."

"No he told me that you were injured but it wasn't that bad, nothing more then that. Are you going to tell me what happened or not?" Aubrey asked.

"I just tweaked my ankle or something and it hurt, he's just being dramatic as always. If it was something bad I would have told you straight away, I just thought because this is basically nothing it wouldn't matter." Josh shrugged, to him it wasn't a big deal. Mostly because it's not a big deal when you don't actually hurt yourself, only tell your girlfriend that you have because you were late and got a punishment.

"If you knew Bailey had spoken to me I'd just rather that you texted or called and told me that you were okay, even the kids were worried about what was going on." Aubrey sighed as she finally sat down next to him. "Will you do that next time?"

"If that's what you want then you bet I will." Josh leaned over and placed a kiss to her forehead. "Sorry if I had stressed you out, I didn't mean to."

"That's okay." Aubrey said as she picked up her wine and drank the rest of it, putting it back on the table so that she cold be done with it. "You had me drinking Joshy."

"Sorry, won't happen again. Although that is a good wine." He said smiling goofily at her when she rolled her eyes. "Don't act like you don't love me."

"I would never. By the way I'm thinking of either a pink or green dress, if you don't mind." Aubrey added, she had narrowed down a lot of her choices as she attempted to distract herself and it had supposedly worked.

"You do what makes you happy, we all know that you're going to be what people are looking at. I'll just be the loser on the side that has someone way out of his league." Josh said, turning the tv on for some background noise.

"Oh that makes me feel so much better, all eyes on me."

"Don't worry about it, eyes should be on you. You're gorgeous and no matter what you wear everyone will realise that." Josh said. "Also don't forget that you're on dinner tonight."

"I haven't forgotten, which is why I have to go shopping really quick. I was just waiting for you to get here so that I could get angry at you." Aubrey said, pushing his limbs off of her so that she could get up. "I was going to say that you should come but you need to ice that ankle."

"It's not even injured, it was a joke when I walked in like that." Josh avoided the slap that was sent his way, even though Aubrey had managed to figure that part out it was still frustrating.

"You did actually hurt an ankle though right? You and Baz didn't lie to me." Aubrey asked, though she had clued into the fact that they were most likely lying to her.

"Maybe, you'll never know." Josh said. "I'll be waiting here when you get back though, I'll be extra nice to you tonight."

"You better be." Aubrey nodded and she stuck out her hands making a grabby gesture. He sighed and threw her his hoodie once he had taken it off. "Thank you, see you soon." Aubrey kissed his cheek and left.

Aubrey pulled her hair out once she finished cooking dinner, she proceeded to plate the dinner of lasagne for the both of them.

"Josh, dinners ready. Get off your ass and come get it!" Aubrey called, Josh walked in smiling as he took a seat at the table where their places were already lay out.

"Looks delicious Aubs, thanks." Josh said as she sat down opposite him, immediately digging in to her meal. "It'll make me nice and full."

"Just hush up and eat." Aubrey laughed.

"It's really good." Josh confirmed, though he knew that would be the case as it always was when she cooked. "So we're finishing up with the rent at the end of the month."

"Then we'll officially live together!" Aubrey cheered at the thought of him finally moving in, though the fact of the matter was that Josh had already started to move some of things into her place. Half of his clothes were now there and even some of the decorations that he kept around his place were moving into hers. It was refreshing to see the way that their lives were quickly moulding together.

"That we will, it's gonna be exciting."

"I'm already excited, you're going to have to always put up with me though. I think that if either of us are going to be considered lucky, it'll be you." Aubrey pointed out, smiling as she took a mouthful of lasagne.

"Of course," Josh agreed as he put his legs up on the edge of Aubrey's chair underneath the table. "How many fights do you think we'll have per day?"

"I think that it could be anywhere between 3 and 7, I'd say definitely no less." Aubrey said after taking a moment to swallow her food but also think it over.

"Oh no, there'll definitely be at least one everyday. Over the little things though, that's what matters. We won't blow up on one another."

"Speak for yourself, if you're pissing me off and don't stop I'll let you know about it." Aubrey scoffed. "Not that you ever piss me off."

"Of course not."
