Aubrey was sat with her mum on one side and Lara on the other side while Chloe was in front of her with Pat's brothers and Logan was sat behind Aubrey, rubbing the younger girls shoulders every now and again when she thought that she looked nervous.
It was loud and as Aubrey looked around everything just looked so much more full then she had ever seen it. A variety of shades of blues, whites and reds filled the room. The blue and white everywhere with patches of red joining the partnering colours in different places.
"You okay little?" Sinead asked as she tangled her fingers with her daughters. "You seem nervous."
"Just scared of what the boys will do, but to be quite honest I'm really excited about it as well. This is the moment that they've all worked towards." Aubrey smiled sweetly at her mum.
"Bailey's lucky to have you and so are we. Look at them all, it's about to start." She pointed out and Aubrey nodded getting comfortable.
"If you need my hand just reach back and grab it. I might reach forwards for yours." Logan commented and they both laughed, knowing it would most likely be a common occurrence throughout the day in any spare moment.
There was an almighty roar as the siren sounded and the ball was bounced in the centre square, Rhys Stanley and Tim English battling it out for the first tap of the day, Tim winning it as that too called for some just as loud cheers.
The first few minutes of the game were chaos as they always seemed to appear at the time of finals, both teams fighting to get dominance first and try and better themselves for the day ahead. It was three minutes in and courtesy of a chain of handballs between Dunks, Baz and Libba which resulted in a piercing kick into Aaron Naughton who marked it easily as he so often seemed to do.
The cheers that erupted were deafening as the hearts of many around the nation raced, none more then the man with the ball in his hands who was simply trying to take a deep breath and compose himself. Though there was a slight angle to his kick it sailed through the sticks easily and the entire section jumped to their feet as well as around half of the crowd present at the stadium, all hoping their moment of happiness would last throughout the entire game.

Half time. Down by fifteen, not impossible to come back from but not exactly where they needed to be. It was that last goal right before the siren by Gryan Miers that was able to extend the lead just a little bit more.
"I'm shaking girl." Chloe laughed though it wasn't of humour as much as it was of nerves, she turned around to hug Aubrey. "Do you want to go and get a drink?"
