Aubrey traced over Josh's features as he slept soundly, she was gentle in the hopes of not waking him up and she had at first resisted the urge but eventually couldn't help herself.

"Mmm." Josh groaned as he rolled over and wrapped his arms strongly around Aubrey and kissed her neck gently, sending a wave of butterflies through her as usual.

"Stop, it tickles." She complained as he looked at her with a raised eyebrow. "What?"

"And what you were doing to me before didn't tickle? You woke me up from a good sleep." He pouted, making Aubrey shrug.

"It was worth it, just so you know Chloe and Pat invited us out on a fun little double lunch date. I said you were still asleep cause you still were, but I also said we'd probably come." Aubrey explained messing around with Josh's fingers as he looked at her fondly.

"What time is it now, and what time do they want to meet us?" He asked, yawning.

"It's only 10 and they said to meet at a cafe at like 11. We don't have to go but I thought it would be nice." Aubrey explained, pulling the blankets up so that they would keep her warmer. One thing that you couldn't call Melbourne mornings in winter would be hot. They were anything but.

"Nah lets, Lippa's always fun to hang out with." Josh said, stretching and moving to get out of bed. "Does that mean I'm not on breakfast duty today?"

"I guess so, you got lucky Dunkley."

"That I did."

"Aww you look so cute." Chloe greeted Aubrey with a hug as she looked over the dress and leather jacket that Aubrey decided to wear for the occasion.

"You look gorgeous as always." Aubrey returned the compliment. "Love the jacket," she added messing with the fabric of the cheetah print coat that Chloe was wearing over her own dress.

"Good to see you." Pat said as he hugged Aubrey. "Did you enjoy last night?"

"You guys were incredible, I'm really happy for you." Aubrey said, giving him an extra tight squeeze as congratulations. "Don't let me down and lose the next one."

"The plan is definitely not to lose." Josh pointed out as he reached out to shake Pat's hand before they too embraced one another, the laugh that they shared clearly still overpowered with emotion from the night before.

"That's what we like to hear." Chloe clapped and motioned to the table. "Shall we take a seat, sit here my love." She pulled the chair out for Aubrey who took the seat with a laugh.

"Thank you darling." Aubrey blew her an exaggerated kiss as Chloe took the seat next to her, leaving the boys to sit on the opposite side next to each other, not that anyone was complaining, they were all friends.

"I'm getting a little bit jealous over here, stop trying to steal my girl Chlo, or I might have to steal Pat." Josh spoke as he looked up from the menu that he had begun to glance over.

"Do it, we all know that Aubrey is better then he is."

"What the hell did I do to deserve being bullied like this?" Pat sounded exasperated as he glared jokingly at his girlfriend who stuck her tongue out and laughed. "I hate you."

"Love you too." Chloe replied, kicking his foot gently under the table as a way to reinforce the statement, though he already knew that. "What are we considering getting?"

"I'm thinking of going for something like banana pancakes but I'm also going to get a croissant because I've been wanting one since you sent me the message about us going out," Aubrey replied, she had looked at the menu on her phone in the car on the way so that she wouldn't be full of indecision when she got there.
