An inconvenient attachment

Chapter 19

I wake up with Lando's arms tightly wrapped around me. Our legs are wrapped around each other. It's already light outside. I look at my watch and see I have a few minutes till I have to get out of bed. I look at Lando who is still sleeping peacefully. He looks so handsome. I quickly turn of my alarm so I don't wake him up yet. I see I have a few missed calls from my parents. Pff, I'll call them back.

I try to wiggle myself free softly. Lando grunts, but doesn't wake up. I quickly put on some make-up. I don't want to turn the light on, because it might wake up Lando. So I hope it looks decent. I grab some clothes out of my closet. I take of my pajama and quickly look at Lando. He's staring at me smilingly. "Its not polite to watch you perv" I joke. He just laughs. "Do you want me to pick you up at school when you're done?" Lando asks. "Yeah sure, I'll pack a bag for this weekend and put it in your car" I say as I get dressed. I quickly put some jeans, shirts, dresses, underwear and some other things in the bag. When I'm done packing I sit down on the bed to put my socks on. Lando wraps his arms around me and pulls me against him. "Lando, I have to get to school." 

He grunts and pulls me in even tighter. "I'll drive you so you have a few spare minutes." 

I lay my head on his chest. "Thanks for staying last night" I say. "My pleasure." We lay there for a few minutes, just cuddling. "Ok, now I'm officially late" I say while looking at my watch. I stand up. Lando turns around on his stomach and groans into the pillow, "it's too early" he says. I slap him on his ass hard, "get up!"  

Lando turns around in an instant and springs out of bed. He tries to catch me, but I quickly run out of the room. Lando wants to chase me, but then he seems to realize Kate is home and he is in his underwear. I make two sandwiches and hand one to Lando when he walks out of my bedroom. "Are you ready?" Lando asks when Kate walks into the living room, biting into his sandwich. I nod and grab my bags. Lando takes my weekend bag out of my hand and walks to the car. 

"Are you ok?" Kate looks at me worried. 

I nod and smile at her. "I'm fine now Kate, thanks. It had nothing to do with Lando." She looks at me and raises her eyebrows. "No, I'm serious, I made my instagram public and people left some really nasty comments" I reply. 

"Oh really? And how did you get all those followers? By Lando perhaps?" she says sarcastically. I roll my eyes at her and laugh. I probably won't change her mind, but I think it's sweet she cares. "I won't be home this weekend" I say. "Have fun" Kate says. I quickly hug her before I walk out of the door. 

Lando is already waiting for me inside the car. "You've got everything?" Lando asks before he starts to ride. "Yup." Lando grabs my leg with his hand while he drives. I want to say he has to keep two hands on the steering wheel, but I let him. A few moments later we arrive at my school. "I'll call you when I'm done" I say as I sprint out of the car, already late for my first lesson. Ugh, I hate being late. Lando screams something, but I don't understand what he's saying. I quickly wave at him before I run into class. 

"I'm so sorry I'm late" I say as I walk into class. "Just sit down quickly and don't disturb any further" the teacher says gruffly. I sit down. Fuuucccck, I left my bag in Lando his car. Suddenly there's a knock on the door. "What?" the teacher says as the door opens. Oh. My. God. Lando walks into the classroom with his sunglasses on, god he looks good. I feel my cheeks burning up. All the students gasp and start to whisper, clearly knowing who he is. Lando looks around and when he sees me he quickly walks over and hands me my bag. "Sorry, I followed you" he says softly as he walks out. The teacher looks at me angry. "Well miss, seems like you made quite an entrance" he says. "Sorry." I don't know what else to say, fuck how embarrassing. The teacher continues with his lesson. I grab my phone and quickly text Lando. 

Mia: Thank you for bringing my bag.

He quickly texts back.

Lando: No problem, sorry for the disturbance. See you this afternoon

I put my phone away and focus on the lesson. The day could not go by any slower. I feel like everyone is watching me and talking about me. Well, they probably are. I'm relieved when the day is over. Lando is already waiting for me outside of the school. There are a lot of guys just looking at his car and whispering. "He, get us some tickets for the next race" one of the guys shouts at me when I open the car door. I don't respond and just get in. I probably won't get used to this. Lando gives me a kiss when I get in. "You allright?" he asks. I nod. 

"Sorry, I didn't think it through, I just saw you left your bag and wanted to bring it to you" he says while driving away. He lays his hand on mine. "No it's fine. It was sweet" I say while grabbing his hand. "What do you want to do?" he asks. I shrug my shoulders. "I don't mind, I wouldn't mind a shower to be honest" I say. We arrive at the hotel a few minutes later. I look at his ass as he walks in front of me. God, he looks good.

 Lando closes the hotel door behind me. I chuckle when I think about my plan. I push Lando against the wall. He looks at me with his mouth slightly open, clearly surprised. "Thought I'd be the first to do it now" I say while looking at his lips, biting my lip unknowingly. Lando grabs my neck with his hand and quickly turns us around, smashing my back against the wall. God, he is driving me crazy. "So, what do you want to do?" he asks while licking his lips.
