On the fifth and last day, I was a huge mess. I went to school and the first thing I did when class started was feel gloomy all because I was stuck there with nothing to do. Then, during lunch, I joined the others and started moping all of a sudden because they didn't have any fruits like I did. I was so sensitive I almost started crying during a presentation and Aizawa had to sit me down. I just wanted to go home...

After school ended, I packed up my things and walked toward Bakugou, who was still writing his notes down from Aizawa's lesson. He looked up at me when he noticed I was there, and continued to scribble despite knowing my presence was near.

"What is it now?" Bakugou questioned.

"I'm waiting for you to finish," I explained, "so we can start training again."

Bakugou stopped, placing his pencil down and raised his look to face me.

"In your condition? I don't think so. We can start next week when you feel better. Seriously... You shouldn't be here. You're sick for crying out loud."

Bakugou placed his things on his bag and started to walk away from me, but I followed him from behind as we strolled around the hallways.

"I promise I'm more than capable now to train!" I insisted, "I don't wanna sit around and do nothing while-!"

"You idiot," Bakugou shook his head, "I saw you during PE today, and all you were able to do was walk because the teachers told you to. Believe me. You're in no condition to do anything physical."

I kept trying to convince Bakugou I was fine, but nothing I said proved to be effective against his stubborn behavior. Bakugou stopped when we got outside, turning to me as he looked at me right in the eye, serious.

"Just go home already!" Bakugou shouted, "We can just start next week. Just try and regain your strength so you don't end up moping all day again!"

After looking at Bakugou's stern look, knowing that I couldn't convince him otherwise, I just started crying out of nowhere.

"W-Why are you so mean to me, Bakugou?" I sobbed, "You're really just a bully!"

My tears ran down my cheeks as I tried to desperately dry them with my hands.

"W-Why are you crying? Stop crying!" Bakugou panicked.

I kept on whimpering despite him trying to calm me down.

"L-Look, I'm sorry I yelled at you, ok?" he apologized, "J-Just please stop crying. I-I can't deal with stuff like this...!"

I gradually stopped weeping, but didn't stop sniffling my nose. I noticed Bakugou came closer to me, trying to comfort me to stop me from crying even more.

"Damn it, Bakugou!" he told himself, "What the hell did you just do?! This is all your fault!"

I pulled myself together, dried the last tears that ran down my face and forced a smile out of me.

"No. I'm not crying because of that," I reassured, "I just wanna go home... abs sleep."

I looked at Bakugou with my eyes swollen from crying so much, still smiling.

"I'm sorry I've been such a mess lately. I promise this is only temporary until I stop being sick."

Bakugou closed his eyes, grunting.

"You don't have to apologize, you idiot," he assured, "Just don't push yourself over your limit..."

He then looked away as his cheeks turned bright red, barely noticeable.

"It's fine if you yell at me from time to time, if it helps to make you feel better..."

Bakugou stuffed his hand in his bag, rummaging through his stuff and handed me a bar of chocolate.

"H-Here. I forgot to give you this earlier..."

I kept staring at the chocolate for a long time, slowly looking at Bakugou's bashful expression as he avoided my eyes still.

"Y-Yesterday you were complaining about not having chocolate, so I went and brought you one," he stammered nervously, "D-Don't think I bought it for you, you idiot! I just found it laying around in my house! I-It's not like I thought of you when I saw it!"

Bakugou freaked out all of a sudden, stumbling in his own words.

"Don't get the wrong idea, you idiot! I-I just knew you'd make a fit again, so I brought some for you so you'd stop complaining so damn much!"

Bakugou grunted, closing his eyes shir.

"Just take the damn chocolate... I'm talking too much."

I slowly held the bar close to me, opening the wrapper and breaking a huge piece for Bakugou, handing it to him.

"What are you doing?" he questioned, "That chocolate's for you, you idiot! Not for me! I bought it for y-!"

"I wanna share," I smiled, "That's what friends do, right?"

Bakugou's eyes widened, looking away again after just making eye contact with me and taking the piece of chocolate for
himself.

"Y-Yeah, I guess..."

I haven't smiled like that in a long time. I really only did so whenever I'm really happy; like when I see (b/n) after such a long time. But who knew I'd smile like that in front of Bakugou.

"Friends..." he repeated as the two of us walked together toward the entrance of the school.
