After we kiss, I go inside and fall onto my bed. I loved tonight. I wouldn't want it any other way. I put my crown on my dresser and change into my pajamas. I lay in my bed for a while, thinking about the day. Then, I fall asleep.
When I wake up, I eat breakfast and get ready for the day. I walk to school since it's such a nice day. I meet up with Jay. "Hey," I say.
"Hey," Jay says.
"What's up?"
"Nothing. You?"
"Just thinking."
"About what?"
"Last night."
"It was an awesome night. Don't you agree?"
"I do."
We smile and walk to class. During class, Jay asks me if we can meet after school. I say yes, of course. After school I find Jay.
"Hey," he says.
"Hey," I say. "So why'd you ask me to meet you?"
"I wanted to ask you something."
"What?"
"Well. We had such a great time yesturday. I was just wondering if you'd like to. . ."
"Yes?"
"Will you be my girlfriend?"
"Let me think. YES!"
He smiles and gives a little sigh of relief. I smile back. "So," I say.
"So," Jay says.
"I'm sorry. I haven't had a boyfriend before."
"It's all good."
I laugh a little. Why did I tell him that?! I am so stupid!
Jay walks me to my house. He kisses me at my door. He's so cute. He's kind of a good kisser, too. He's perfect. I walk in and slide down my door. Today was amazing.
I text Skylar when I finally get up. I'm still smiling. I haven't stopped thinking about him. I tell Skylar all about Jay and she instantly texts back. She's using all caps and a lot of exclamation points. I laugh a little. Skylar seems to like what Jay did. We tslk for hours about me and Jay. I like it when we talk.
When me and Skylar stop texting, I get ready for bed. I lay in thinking about Jay. Perfectly, perfect Jay. Jay.
