Ch. 54 - Ever After

Jin was all smiles as he stared at the grasslands, and the hills overlooking the beach. Jin was already in awe when he finally entered the private thatched-roof villa that Jungkook rented. It was surrounded by glass walls, where fresh air and natural light can enter, and where the pristine surrounding was maximized.

"This is so beautiful! Though Mara Island is the best, but this island is amazing," Jin said as his eyed wandered around the villa. "But I'm hungry now."

Jungkook chuckled as he guided Jin inside the bedroom. While he called the room service to order foods. Jin's eyes went to the glass window overlooking the ocean. Jin's eyes widened as he realized how stunning the uninterrupted view was from the balcony. It took him some moment to recover, "All I can see is the ocean. It's so beautiful. Are we really the ones here?"

Jungkook walked closer and pulled Jin by the waist. Resting his chin on Jin's shoulders as they look at the magnificent view before them. "Not really just us. Of course the island staffs are here but I made sure they don't have any other guests for our stay. I told you, I'll make sure to fulfill your dream on making love by the shores."

Jin turned to face Jungkook and frowned, "I told you, that's not my dream!"

Jungkook chuckled. He loved it whenever Jin got annoyed with his teasing. "Come on baby, admit it. You want it."

Jin pouted and didn't know if he should shook his head or nod. He once dreamt of it. "I just said that because I thought that's the only place where a couple can make love. But now that I know that we can make love on the bed, on the floor, even against the wall, on the dining table, couch, bathroom, pool, kitchen counter, laundry room..."

As Jin continued to mention every places they made love, Jungkook couldn't help not to stare at the man who made him believe that it's possible to really fall in love. He just couldn't believe that what he used to set as his ideal man was the exact opposite of the man that he would fall for. And he didn't regret anything. He found himself lucky to meet someone like Jin.

"...in the dressing room of a boutique. And on the plane. I didn't know we can do that on the plane!"

"Still, we haven't tried by the shores. And besides, you still need to pay me for everything you have said during our wedding and before that."

Jin suddenly stopped. He felt a bit threatened. "A-are you threatening me?"

Jungkook removed his shirt and advanced towards Jin. Jin took a step back seeing the sharp stares from Jungkook. "Remember what I told you before we left? I'll make sure you won't be able to walk for three days?"

Jin's eyes widened more, "You're really threatening me! I will tell that to my eomma. I will tell her you're threatening me."

Jungkook laughed as he watched Jin panicking and looking for his phone. He knew Jin would take it differently. Jin grabbed his phone and dialed Mrs. Min number and Jin's face suddenly lighted up when his daughter's face appeared on the screen.

"Oh! Hello little girl! My pretty Yeji, I miss you. How's my baby girl? Appa misses you already." Yeji cooed from the other line and started to babble. Jin giggled hearing his daughter. He almost forgot the real reason why he called.

After talking to his daughter, Mrs. Min then smiled on the screen, "How's the flight? Did you eat already?"

Jin suddenly remembered the reason why he called and side-eyed Jungkook who was leaning against the door frame and smirking, "Eomma, Kookoo keeps on threatening me."

"Threatening you? About? Why?"

Jin rolled his eyes after hearing Jungkook chuckled at the back, "I thought he was just kidding but he said it again. He threatened to beat me up!"
