I was having a coffee break at the cafeteria with some of the Twice Stylists. They were really nice and friendly to me, given that I've only known them for a short time. The girls were still at their dorm, since it was their off-day. But us managers were informed earlier that they had a meeting here so we arrived earlier.
They were picked up by a newly hired driver, so I didn't have to go there myself.
Shortly after I finished my coffee, we got a text from the driver that they've arrived already. So we headed down to the parking lot. They headed straight inside where we could meet them.
Then entered the door, in order: Jihyo, Nayeon, Tzuyu, Mina, Jeongyeon, Sana, Chaeyoung, Dahyun, and Momo. They all greeted us. We headed straight to the office up stairs. Sitting down, all the staff members brought out their notes and papers. We had to plan ahead for the new event TWICE was performing in.

Fortunately, we were already provided with a schedule from the management team. Given we were a almost a month ahead, we didn't have to rush our preparations. After discussing the details with the members we all set off for lunch.
This was normal for us to do after having our meetings. But to be clear, it wasn't all of us. Some of the members usually go elsewhere on their own. For example, Sana and Momo. They usually chill around at the terrace cafe upstairs. At this lunch, it was only the stylists, Nayeon, Jihyo, and Mina. It was all the older girls except for Jeongyeon. Jeongyeon went to the lounge area with Tzuyu and Chaeyoung. However, I don't know where Dahyun went...
She usually hung out with Chaeyoung or Momo but she was missing today.
"Did you guys see where Dahyun went?" I asked Nayeon and the others. They all said no. The stylists didn't know either. "Momo and Sana told me they're going to the cafe." Seoha, one of the stylists, says. While we talked about the members' whereabouts, I felt a buzz on my leg. It was a message notification from my phone.
