"Come here!" She yelled from the living room.

I had just woke up, I felt her shaking me awake and run out of the bedroom to the rest of the house. I hated waking up in the mornings.

"What?" I said, tripping over my steps.

I looked around and everything looked the exact same.

"I missed you." She said and she kissed me.

"Baby, we've been together all night." I said and pushed hair out of her face.

"I know." She swung around and walked into the kitchen to make herself coffee. I went back to our bedroom and put clothes on and came back out to see Johnny and Ponyboy in the middle of a conversation with her.

I looked at them and back to her and walked to her side.

"Hey," I said with a sigh following.

"Hey Dal," Johnny replied and took a mug from her hand.

"Gee guys, how does it feel to be married now?" Ponyboy took a sip from his coffee and she smiled wide.

"Never been happier."

"Eh I don't know man I think I've been happier before," I joked and she slapped my chest.

"Dally is just a big softie when it comes down to it." Johnny shook his head while laughing hearing her say that.

"I knew Dally'd end up happy."

"We knew it would be with you, y/n. Ever since we caught you two... Y'know... anyway." I noticed her cheeks get red remembering that day.

"That was entirely Dally's fault." She said while laughing.

"My fault? You were the one who said it would be fun to do it in the bathroom!" I exclaimed, throwing my hands up.

"Not the Curtis's bathroom!" She yelled back and we all cracked up laughing after a moment of silence.

"Hey guys!" Two-Bit said, always making an arrival.

"Don't slam the door!" She yelled before she was interrupted by the slamming of the door.

Two-Bit made a grimacing face, "Sorry mama bear,"

"When did I become everybody's mom?!" She said while grabbing a drink from the fridge for Two-Bit.

"Ever since you cut my Mickey watching down to two hours a day." Two-Bit began.

"Ever since you took my books away when you thought I was being bad." Ponyboy continued.

"Ever since you forced me to take medicine when I'm sick," I added.

"Ever since you stayed home with me while everybody else was in a rumble." Johnny listed.

"Ever since you forced the girls away from Soda at the DX so he'd work,"

"Ever since you hovered over Steve when he fixed cars to make sure he was being 'safe'"

"Okay! Okay, I get it." She said and I wrapped her in a hug and kissed her.

"Eww!" Everybody exclaimed.

"When did you become my kids?" She said, pulling away.

"Aww Dally's a big ole softie!" Two-Bit yelled and I jumped over the counter and put him into a chokehold.

"Uncle! Uncle! Dally I said it let me go!" And I eased off and went back to her.

He's true, I guess I am a softie.
