Our relationship was dying until you fueled the fire until it was up in flames

He ran into the house, a tie loose around his neck, his button up un buttoned halfway, his hair messy and he was holding flowers. He stopped to catch his breath and handed her the flowers.

"Why are you dressed up?" Ponyboy asked, looking up from his book.

"Why are you giving me flowers?" She asked after Pony. He swung her around and threw her on his lap and kissed her neck, and she smelled the flowers. Roses.

"The suit? I look good don't I?" He said with a cocky smirk. She nodded and kissed him and Ponyboy groaned. She pulled away and looked at Pony and he rolled his eyes. She placed the flowers on the coffee table as Two-Bit and Steve raced into the house when they heard Sodapop made more cake. There hadn't been a new one baked in well over a week and let's just say, it was scary.

"I got you flowers because I'm a lousy boyfriend and I kinda got caught, but it's okay! I'm here." He said and she rolled her eyes.

"Who said you were lousy?" She asked and touched his face and noticed it cleanly shaved. "You even shaved!"

"He's a whole new man!" Two-Bit exclaimed and Dally shot him a glare.

"Dallas Winston. A better man. Never thought I'd say the words," She said and stood up and went to the kitchen to grab water. He threw his blazer off and threw it on the coat rack and sat back down. She went back and sat down next to him, and set her water back down on the coffee table. She noticed Darry pull in and as soon as he walked in, she grabbed Dallas by his loose tie and pulled him in and started making out with him.

Darry always disapproved of their relationship so she always found ways to piss him off. He rolled up a newspaper and swatted them both and they pulled away and rolled their eyes in sync.

"Damn kid, what got into you? You haven't kissed me like that since we-"

"Do not finish that sentence, Winston!" Darry called out from the kitchen. They both laughed and she collapsed on him and he hugged her. Their relationship was falling apart recently, everybody was happy to see them like this.

"I missed this," She said barely above a whisper and he grinned.

The rest of the gang showed up eventually and they all had a time like the times they missed. Everybody gathering and having the times of their lives, while Dally and y/n weren't there, fighting or having a break.

Dally announced he was leaving and she pouted. "Not without you," He said and he threw her over his shoulder and waved goodbye to everybody. He got around the corner before putting her down and kissing her.

"We gonna fight tonight?" She asked him as she rested her hands on his chest.

"I don't think so." He said and she smiled and hugged his arm as they walked to his new apartment.  He did the keys as she heard a squeal. She looked at him and panic set into his face and he threw the door open.

"Dally!" The girl jumped up and kissed him. He furrowed his brows and pushed her away and she pouted.

"Oh hey Sylvia." Y/n said shortly and walked in and out her stuff down and sat on the couch. She knew what was happening.

"How did you-"

"Spare key."

"Get out."

He pushed her out as he shut the door and sighed and turned back around. She was standing behind him, and she immediately rubbed his lips to get rid of whatever she had put there and pecked him and spun back around and sat on the couch.
