They both stormed into the house, angry looks on their faces, obviously not wanting to be near each other.

"Hey guys," Sodapop hesitantly said as he noticed the tension.

"Hi." She said shortly and slumped down next to him on the couch, her arms crossed.

Sodapop put his arm around her platonically and leaned to whisper something.

"You guys alright?" He asked but she looked at Dally as he noticed Sodapop and his look turned angrier.

"Quit looking at me like that." She said and he stood up straight from leaning on the door.

"So now you're gonna be all over him? Fine, okay. That's fine. It's not like I'm here." He said and threw his hands up in defense.

"What the hell are you talking about?" She fired back and stood up and walked to him, he was seething. The entire gang was looking at them now.

"I'm saying that you're all over other guys!" He sized her up and she continued to look at him, hiding her fear.

"Oh fuck you, Mr. Perfect." She rolled her eyes and tried to walk away but he spun her back, and Darry tried to jump up but Two-Bit stopped him.

"I'm not done with you." He said and she clenched her jaw.

"Say what you want to say, just say it." She said and stepped back and he exhaled aggressively.

"Are you trying to make me jealous or something?" He said and she sarcastically laughed.

"This is a joke. You're joking. What are you trying to get at? That I'm cheating? I'm not the one coming home smelling like cheap perfume and having hickeys all over my neck." She said and the gang all let out little "oohs" and he seethed harder.

"What I'm getting at is that you're a sleeping around you fucking slut!" He said and Darry shot up and pushed her to the side.

"I know I didn't hear you correctly," Darry said and Dallas looked over his shoulder at her.

"I can take care of my own, Darrel." She stuck close to Johnny and hugged his arm as Dally tried to get to her.

"Not when you're calling her names and such," Darry said held him back.

"She's my problem, Darry. Now let me finish this." He said and shoved Darry to the side.

"I'm don't belong to anybody, and I sure as hell don't belong to you." She said through her teeth and without thinking he slapped her. That's when everybody but Pony and Johnny, who stood back, took him down.

Tears streamed down her face as they both walked her out of the house and sat down on the porch. She wiped away her tears as they tried to comfort her.

"What was this about?" They asked and she laughed a little.

"I found some broad's panties in our bedroom. They were pink. You know I hate pink." She said and they looked at the ground.

They heard crashing and yells coming from the house. Occasionally a yell for her, occasionally a yell for one of the guys to stop. They all knew this would blow over and they'd make up and nobody would hate each other but they also didn't know when.

Dally soon stormed out of the house, bruised and cut terribly and she felt a punch in the gut feeling. She knew he was sorry, he knew he had to apologize.

He had gotten to the gate when she couldn't bare to see him leave so she shot up.

"You sure?" Pony asked and she nodded and ran for him.

"Dally!" She yelled and he stopped as he stepped out of the gate. He looked at her and his eyes softened and immediately turned into regret. "What did they do to you?"

She touched the wounds and he smiled slightly at her care, knowing she couldn't stay mad at him. He put his hands gingerly on her cheeks and pulled her in for a kiss. At first she struggled from surprise but eased into it.

"I'm sorry baby I really am." He said and tears were rolling down his cheeks.

"I know," She started to tear up soon and she wrapped him in a hug and he held on tight.

"But are you really sleeping with other girls?" She pulled away from him and he looked at the ground and nodded. She felt her heart shatter into a thousand pieces.

"It was only twice, I promise. I- I was drunk and you were out of town and I wasn't thinking straight." He said and she nodded and let her tears fall. She put her hand on the back of his head and carefully rolled pieces of hair between her fingers.

"If I ever find out you did this again, I swear to god I'll leave." She said and he nodded and grabbed the St. Christopher out of his pocket that she had thrown at him earlier.

"Will you take this again?" He asked and she nodded.

"I feel naked without it." He laughed and put it around her neck and he caressed her cheek where he had hit her.

"I'm so sorry." He said and she put her hand on his.

"I know."
