Another day at the office for Kia and Liv. Kia has just returned from a little weekend with her NFL boo glowing and all.
"Ooooh, spill it now sis!" Says Liv.
"A woman never kisses and tells sis." Kia smirks.
"Oh, so you want a beat down huh?" Liv Jokes.
"Well, where do you want me to start sis.... he dropped his addy and I went over to his hotel where he was staying. We went to dinner the first night, he apologized to me and said he really just wants to work on us. He brought me flowers girl and a Birkin bag I've been eyeing for a while. This man really pays attention.
"Girl a groupie came up asking for a picture, but he said.... "No, I'm with my lady right now" Girl I was so turned on I said skip the dinner baby."
"Oop like that sis?" Liv inquires eating up the deets Kia was spilling.
"Yasss sis, we headed back to his hotel and well you know what happened."
"I knew it I knew it!!! I saw the glow when you walked in. Well, I'm glad it's working out between you and your boo. Meanwhile, Spencer and I are still on the outs." Liv pouts.
"I'm sorry girl, I know this is rough but if he loves you like I think he does; he will come around. He can't stay away from you. In fact, I have an idea sis." Kia improvises.
"And what might that be?" Liv wondered with an eyebrow raised.
"Spencer's team recently gave us two passes to the next game; the seats are really close too Liv. Take Mina. Listen, even though things are weird, I think he'd appreciate the sentiment."
Liv eyed her best-friend sideways.
"What! You forced my hand with my baby and I'm doing the same to you!" Kia reminded her.
"Oh, so he baby now??.... Ughhh, I'll think about it. Give me the passes."
Kia laughs as she grabs the folder with the passes in it.
Sunday afternoon approaches and Liv wakes Jamina up at an early 9am.
"Hiiiiiii mommyyyyyyy" Mina crooned.
"Hiiiiiii babyyyyyy" Liv chanted.
"Today we're going to do something different."
Jamina scrunched up her face "really what?"
Liv tickles Mina as she talks, "we're going to go to a football game?"
"Oooh is Uncle J gonna be there mommy?" Mina thought.
"Not this one baby, but it's just like that one. Remember mommy's friend Mr. Spencer?" Liv recounted.
"Uhhh I think so, are we going to see him?" Mina probed.
"Yep, so we gotta get dressed and eat so we can get down to where they play okay?" Liv clarified as she helps Mina out the bed and tucks in her covers as they make the bed together.
"Okay mommy." Mina smiles.
Liv's POV: idk why I'm doing this, hopefully this doesn't end up worse than it already is.
They make it to the game and the Giants are doing fantastic. Their record is now 9-2 as they head into the latter half of the season.
"Mommy this place is sooooo big! It's bigger than my school!" Mina animates with utter excitement as she looks around the stadium and sees all the people in their seats.
"I know it's bigger than where mommy works too!" Liv added.
Mina sees the cotton candy attendant walk pass just as they head to their seats.
