Two Weeks Later....
"How could you make a decision like this without speaking to me first?"
"I thought you'd be supportive of me going Liv"
"This isn't about me being supportive, it's about you not considering my feelings! You know, I actually thought this time around, we'd be different with each other but yet here you are going off making decisions that effect the both of us and just expecting me to go along with it!"
"Oh you really don't wanna go there with me!" He snapped standing up from the table opening the slider door back into the house with Liv on his heels.
"Why is that?"
"Liv...you kept a whole child from me!"
"This isn't about our daughter Spencer, it's about you not taking me into consideration when you make big decisions!!"
"If you don't want me to go then just say that!!" He screamed from his chest with his eyes in fury.
Hours Earlier...
Olivia was in her office ending a conference call with a potential new client who wanted Liv and her team to write an issue about the BLM's festival in NY coming up inspired by George Floyd and Brianna Taylor's untimely deaths along with a photoshoot to commemorate the moment. She was a known activist in the city that had wanted to work with Liv for quite some time given her reputation and following. After the conference call, she was scrambling through the final touches on Spencer's photos from his shoot and editing his interview for the article that would make its debut next week. She crossed her legs on her desk leaning back in her chair with her pen in her mouth scrolling through the shots on her screen.
"Nope, mmm he looks really good there, nice angle, definitely deleting this one"
Olivia analyzed the photos licking her lips on the shots she chose to save and easily deleting the ones she didn't enjoy. I picked the right man to have a baby with, she looks just like him. Olivia smiled peacefully at Spencer's long lashes and his eyes, as they so perfectly mirrored their daughters.
*Beep beep*
Olivia turned her head pressing on the green button from her personal office phone.
"Hey Milah, what's the word?"
"There's a Spencer James here to see you"
"You can send him back, also let me know when the daily mail has been delivered, I'm missing a few things"
"No problem Boss, I'll send him right in" Her front-desk receptionist clicks over.
"She's in her office waiting for you, you can go right in Mr. James"
"Thanks Milah" Spencer nodded as he walked down the long hallway leading to Liv's office. He tapped on the door seeing her walk towards it and open it up for him.
"Well hello handsome, this is quite an surprise"
"I know mamas but I was on break from practice and I figured I stop by and give you something" Liv eyed him suspiciously folding her arms knowing there was more to what he was saying being he had his hands behind his back.
"Ohhh really, and what is it that you wanted to give me?" Spencer smirked revealing what was behind his back. Liv covered her mouth in awe as he placed the bouquet of flowers in her hand.
"Aww Spence, pink, white, and red roses, my favorite!!"
"I got to the shop just in time before they ran out, do you like it?" She locked her arms around his neck giving him a soft kiss as her answer.
