Next Day

Olivia woke up with last night's events heavy on her mind. She knew the story behind that tiny black box and though she was grateful for his honesty, she didn't think it alluded any more results, least not what she originally thought it would be. All in all, it was very emotional for the expecting parents to say the least, and as crazy as it may sound, their moment from last night made her feel closer to him then they had been in months, since the accident. Therapy had helped bridge the gap between them amongst all the time they spent together as a family, but she wanted more, and she had a feeling he wanted more too, so what was keeping them from going for it? She didn't know. Could the fear of the past repeating be the reason they are holding back, or did they think after everything they've endured, they didn't deserve to be with each other again? Better together or apart was the theme of her thoughts and she shared this theme with her good sis, Kia. Kia of course had her own thoughts about the situation but the most evident one was telling Olivia to not give up and let things go at their own pace. If it's meant to be, it'll be. Needing advice on her own situation, Kia turned to Olivia about her deepest fears when it came to her slightly forbidden romance with her twin, Jordan Baker. Taking Liv's solicited advice, she let go of her original theory and decided to stick to the one that matters, trusting the man she was with. Getting out of their heads, Kia informed Liv she probably wouldn't see her today due to her and Jordan's unexpected, plans.

"So, you have no idea where he's taking you tonight?"

"Besides it being dinner, no clue" Kia spoke to Liv over the phone as they both were sitting comfortably in their beds, Kia in her robe from taking a shower after her and Jordan's morning activities. The two were laughing and talking when Liv heard a beep on her side.

"That's Spencer calling sis, I'll catch up with you later"

"How bout we uh, save that for tomorrow, I have a feeling your brother is not going to let me out of his sight today" Liv groaned in disgust reading between the lines.

"As happy as I am for you, leave the details out for me boo, but do you! I gotta go tho!"

"Okay tell Spence I said hey!"

"Will do! Lata!" Liv hangs up clicking over.

"Hey"

"Hey. What are you doing right now at this very moment?" Liv smiles before answering his question.

"Nothin really, chillin, in this bed, talking to my baby daddy" She teased causing him to laugh a little by her response.

"Well, your baby daddy needs a favor, can you be ready in about twenty minutes to meet me for a cup of hot cocoa?"

"Meet you? I thought you had an intensive workout date with my twin?"

"Change of plans, he has someone else he'd like to spend the day with and that's okay with me, cuz there's someone I'd much rather be spending my time with too" Olivia smiled on the inside biting the inside of her lip changing her stance on the bed, taking a pause.

"Well, when you put it like that, how could I say no?"

"You can't, sooo is that a yes Ms. Baker?"

"Text me where, Mr. James" She smiled to herself before hanging up. She screamed happily to herself hopping off the bed to dress and meet him. She walked into a small café, Omotesando Koffee, spotting Spencer waiting for her in a corner. He looks up to meet the smile splayed across her face. She walks over to him, and he stands up, with one hand behind his back, and the other for her to grab.

"I see you ordered for me already" She takes his hand noticing the cup of coffee on his side, and the large cup of hot cocoa with a mountain of whipped cream and chocolate syrup on her end of the table sitting beside a straw and a warm, breakfast sandwich.
