Sunday was alright. It was uncomfortably quiet though.
On Saturday night, Jonghyun took me over to Hea Won's place and said goodnight to us as he awkwardly walked away from her place. I found it weird of him to do so, but Hea Won was just smiling the whole time.
"He does realize," she sighed as she watched him leave.
Realize what?
Anyway, it was about 10 pm when I was at Hea Won's house and being the evil best friend she is, I got talked into telling her everything that happened earlier that night. She listened carefully to my words and then gasped at the end about my mother threatening my father.
Hea Won took me into a hug and told me that everything was going to be fine. But then she went onto Jonghyun. How did I meet him? What happened when I told him about this? What did he say? Did he say anything to me that was out of the topic?
I told her to shut up.
She didn't listen to me, but eventually she did. I never really answered her questions after that point on.
Sunday came along, and I spent the morning at her house. Her parents are always working in the morning and comes home at around 11 pm. They're always glad I come over. They're the only parents who come to accept me. I wonder if it was only because I was Hea Won's friend or they probably pitied me about my problems over the years. However, they treated me well and never complained once about me.
Were they even human? Well, considering Hea Won is their daughter it's pretty much well known where Hea Won got her personality from.
Anyway, I ate breakfast there and spent all my other time watching TV and seeing idols make a fool of themselves. Hea Won told me she had to go meet Key at the mall and since I hate malls, I decided to go back home. I thought about either crashing at Onew or Minho's place, but then decided that was a bad idea.
Jonghyun and Taemin will never be choices. Period.
Once I went home, I waited for hell to come shooting at me. However, nothing seemed to happen. I went inside the house and found everything still and quiet. I slowly and quietly looked around the house to see if there were any signs of danger ahead, but found nothing. Has mother gone and went to dig up father's corpse?
Being panicky, I quickly went up the stairs and checked all the bedrooms only to find no trace of blood or anything scary like that. Only my own mother in bed. I slumped all the way back to my own bedroom and found a note taped to my door. It was from Appa.
"Mi Young, I'm pretty sure you came home now and you found this note. First off, let me say that I'm just perfectly fine. No need to worry about me, okay? Your mother was very drunk in the situation I was in last night and passed out in my arms before she could do anything severe. I just encountered a little bit of scratches, but it's alright. I put her in bed and left her there, sleeping. I decided that this was all complicated enough and decided to go. I'm very sorry for just leaving you like that without informing you. I wanted to stay longer, but I know that more tension with stir. I know you understand and I want you to know I'm once again, very sorry I left you alone with your mother. I love you, Mi Young. Be healthy and make sure you make my wishes come true. Love, Appa."
Of course he was going to leave. One day or sooner he was going to leave. He was going to go and leave me in here, all alone. No father to keep me away from any danger. He's not here. He won't ever be here. The point of this letter is simple- he's not coming back. He'll never be back.
And I can't do anything about it.
I took the letter and put it in my room, away from my mother's eye and grasp. I did all my vacation homework and by the time I was done, it was the evening time. My mother has woken up by that time, ate dinner and asked me about what happened yesterday. She will never remember what happens during the time she's wasted.
So I lied.
I told her she was drunk and was wandering outside so I took her in and tucked her into bed. She believed me and then went right back on drinking coffee.
That was the last time I talked to her for that day.
I stayed around my bedroom, lying around or just looking out the window at the clear sky.
I went to go sleep early, having nothing else to do and forced myself to sleep.
And now we come here. It's Monday and I'm back in school.
Yippee.
Honestly, I kind of missed school. It felt like such a long time not being in school and I really missed it. I missed seeing the s and whores walking around the halls with their uniforms all buttoned down so the guys could see their cleavage. I missed hearing ugly moans in the closets. I missed this crappy school.
It held memories of the past. ing memories.
I saw all the people coming into school and they were all hugging or laughing and saying, "I missed you!" or "You're prettier than what I remember!"
Idiots don't remember it's only been a freaking week.
By the time I went into school, I saw Hea Won and Key and whole gang. Onew and Jonghyun were fighting about something I'm really not sure of. Taemin was showing Minho on some dance moves I absolutely don't know why. Key and Hea Won were criticizing clothes they saw at the mall yesterday. And I'm the 7th wheel. Doesn't matter anyway- I'm used to being alone in some cases.
However, I thought I was a 7th wheel when they didn't see me. When they noticed I was here, things got out of hand.
Taemin was the first one to do anything. "NOONA! It's been a long time since I've seen you. How about a hug from Taemin? ~" he asked, smiling as he tried to corner me.
Minho dragged him away, telling him that I was busy with other stuff. Hm. I wonder how Minho is always so quiet and doesn't obsess over me unlike other people. I think Minho's better than the rest.
Minho smiled at me. "Anneyong Mi Young."
Onew grinned at me as he waved at me. "Anneyong, Mi Young! Guess who like yo-"
Jonghyun interrupted him by slamming a book on the back of his head. And then Onew fell with a thud.
I widened my eyes at the scary scene I just observed and then took one step backward as I heard Onew moan on the floor.
Jonghyun was looking flustered as he stared down at Onew. "You really need to shut up," he hissed. And then the book fell out of his hands and onto the floor.
Key and Hea Won snickered at Jonghyun and Onew and then looked at me.
"Hey, Mi Young- what classes do you have this semester?" Hea Won asked.
"Uhh, all like last year- except math and science I have twice each day and health is down to only twice a week," I answered, unhappy with my schedule. I hate math and science- I may have decent grades on them, but I have to force myself to read the textbooks to be able to get good grades.
"Really? That's amazing! So do I!" Hea Won exclaimed.
Key pouted. "I only have science once," he muttered. Boo-hoo.
"Me too..." Onew trailed off as his face hit the floor again.
"Science once," Minho sighed.
"MY CLASSES ARE ALL DIFFERENT! I WANT THE SAME CLASSES!" Taemin whined.
"Get smarter," Key sarcastically suggested.
Taemin took it seriously. He nodded. "I will." He looked at his textbook and then pointed at it as if it were picking a fight with him. "FIGHTING!" he yelled at it.
He started to run to his first class. How humorous.
Key looked around. "Yeah, we should all start to go to our first class. Who has math first?" he asked.
"Me," Onew (still on the floor), Hea Won and Minho simultaneously answered.
I had math first too. Damn. More algebra .
I followed with everyone else to our next class. Onew was still on the floor as we went farther away from him. I looked back at him and kind of felt bad leaving him there. Why did everyone pick on the oldest?
I sighed and went back to where he was, holding out my hand to bring him up. His face looked up from the floor to my hand all the way to where my eyes were at. His eyes were widened.
"Mi Young?" he asked incredulously.
"Yeah. Who else would it be?" I asked.
Onew laughed a little. "Oh. I thought I would have tried to get to math by myself," he smiled.
I shook my head. "Take my hand," I suggested.
He looked at the hand, then looked around for some odd reason, but took the gesture. I pulled on his hand to get him up. Nothing. I furrowed my eyes and then looked back at him. He was smiling at me. I pulled on his hand again. Nothing.
"Onew. What the hell?" I asked.
"Uhm... I can't get up."
"I see that, but how come?"
"Eeeheehee. I'm lazy. Eeeheeehee."
What a weird laugh. It almost sounds like a deep -voiced dolphin.
I sighed and then pulled on his arm. "Do I have to drag you then?" I asked, pulling on him as we try to nearer to our destination.
"Hm... you can try to pull me up and put my arm around your shoulder."
"Uhm... okay, I guess."
I tired to pull him up which took some time. It's amazing how we only have three minutes between each class and you could have a whole party in between this time.
I pulled his arm and successfully got him up on his two feet but I could feel that he was going to fall soon. I quickly put his arm around my shoulder, making me feel uncomfortable considering I didn't like guys touching me. He leaned against my side and I could feel myself wincing at the touch.
"Okay Mi Young. Let's go!" he yelled cheerfully as I dragged him to class.
My goodness. He is pretty fat. When I mean fat, I mean heavy.
Now I know what that chicken does to him.
Almost halfway to class, I could feel my legs trembling and I was sweating. He was heavy. Really heavy.
He was just lazily getting dragged by me, looking around the hall. Once in a while, he'd yell in my ear and go, "FIGHTING!"
I really feel like slapping him.
By the time class started, Onew and I finally got to math class and I was panting by the time I got there.
Everyone was staring at us with a frown and the teacher was staring in confusion. Her name was Ms. Kim. She was the youngest and prettiest teacher here. Every guy wanted to do her. Student and teacher. Rumor has it she's dating a student here. But every time that topic was brought up, she denied it flat out.
Ms. Kim raised her perfectly plucked eyebrow. "Any reason why you're both in this position?" she asked.
"I fell," Onew stated, making it sound like as if it were an accomplishment. Or a big deal, I couldn't tell which.
She clicked her tongue. "Uh-huh ... okay then. Since you were late, I guess I have to assign your seats next to each other," she sighed as if it were some complicated thing to do.
I heard some muttering going around and then a really loud growl, but other than that Onew and I took our seats at the back by Key and Hea Won. They were both grinning at us and their eyes were trying to tell me something.
What could it be?
I sat down in front of them and Onew sat next to me. He grinned at me and then raised his eyebrows up and down. "Don't worry Mi Young- I'm smart too so I won't bother you so much," he grinned widely. I nodded awkwardly in response, still trying to get that excess weight off my back. I rubbed my shoulders for any signs of pain, but got nothing.
I was listening to the teacher explaining about what we were doing in class.
It was some new crap for the upcoming final exams in June. Oh, have I not mentioned? We're graduating this year. Exams and applications have been coming in and out, and I've already filled out mine in December. I'm supposed to get the results back in February, around my birthday time but something appeared to happen and results should be coming somewhere this week.
Anyway, I paid very close attention to this subject (algebra, like I said before) so I could do well and get my mother off my back.
I could hear Key and Hea Won giggling behind me but decided to shrug it off. It was probably some notes they were passing to each other. I could hear Onew's stomach grumbling for some chicken.
I took a glance towards the left side of me where other students sat. My eyes met Minho, who was texting away on his phone which was out of Ms. Kim's eyesight. I wasn't staring at him for a long time- just for a minute or so. Minho seemed to notice I was staring at him as he looked directly at me and gave me a warm, wide smile. I raised my eyebrows a little, wondering what the hell but then decided to just stay quiet. I turned back to my work.
"Excuse me class- I have to take care of some business," Ms. Kim sniffed as she kept her head high once she was out of the room.
She was probably off somewhere, probably . I don't know, it's just a guess.
As I picked up my pencil and started to do the work, someone decided to bother me.
"Mi Young."
I took a quick glance at Onew who seemed to be staring at me.
I turned back to my work.
"Mi Young. Mi Young. Mi Young. Mi Young. Mi Young. Mi Young. Mi Young. Mi Young. Mi Young. Mi Young. Mi Young. Mi Young. Mi Young. Mi Young. Mi Young. Mi Young. Mi Young. Mi Young. Mi Young. Mi Young. Mi Young. Mi Young. Mi Young. Mi Young. Mi Young. Mi Young. Mi Young. Mi Young. Mi Young. Mi Young. Mi Young a-doodle-dooo ~ ---"
"WHAT?!" I exclaimed, turning to him.
Everything and everyone was still and quiet. Onew stared at me with a serious expression written on his face.Suddenly, his hand went up and at first I thought he was going to hit me. However, the hand started to wave.
"Hi," he smiled. And then he giggled.
I rolled my eyes in annoyance and then went back to work. I cannot believe this is the partner I have to be staying with for the rest of the semester. Maybe even the rest of the year. Oh my gosh.
30, maybe 40 minutes passed. All we did was stupid work. And the thing that kept us entertained was Onew's fail attempt at rapping for chicken.
Ms. Kim came back with a slight strand of hair floating around her perfect bun. "Okay class. Your homework for tonight is to read pages 315 to 325 and answer the questions on page 326. I want all work shown and short answers to be answered in complete sentences. Wait for me to dismiss you," Ms. Kim instructed as she adjusted her glasses.
I packed up all my stuff and then looked back at Onew, who was staring back at me.
I sighed. "Is there something you wanna say?" I asked him.
"Yeah, actually ... there is something I want to say ...'' he trailed off. I stared at him, waiting for what he wanted a slight p to stay.
He looked down with a slight pout on his face and then looked back up at me. Suddenly, he leaned into me and knocked his head lightly onto mine. I furrowed my eyes at his actions. He stared at me with his serious stare. It's funny to see Onew having such a serious expression on his face. It just doesn't seem real at all.
"I. Like. Chicken," he whispered.
...
"And. It. Likes. Me. Back," he whispered again, nodding slightly. He leaned back and then folded his arms on the table as he stared at me. He puts a finger to his mouth and then nods.
I stare at him blankly for the remaining time of the period. He was then humming to something I wasn't sure of and would smile at me as if he said nothing weird or random or stupid. Or weird.
The bell rang after and all of us exited math class. Key and Hea Won skipped out and Onew slumped his way out. Minho, still with the phone in his hands went out after him and I went last out of the whole group. Science was next and it wasn't so far away from math class. In about a minute, I made it there and sat next to Hea Won.
Key and Minho didn't have science on this period but the next time we have science, so it was just me, Hea Won, Onew and-
"Jonghyun! Sit next to me!'' Onew yelled across the room. My head turned to the door and I found Jonghyun, who was calmly looking at our direction. His eyes landed on Onew and Jonghyun scowled. I could hear Onew giggling and he kept patting the seat next to him and tried to seductively gesture Jonghyun to sit next to him.
Jonghyun's eyes then landed on me and his eyebrows shot up in alarm and then he looked away, going towards Onew. Onew was sitting across from me, horizontally. Yet Onew was on the far left. There was seat empty next to him which was a few feet away from me. That's where Jonghyun squished his on and fell into Onew's annoying aura.
I listened to Hea Won talk about classes she might probably take in college. As much as I tried to listen to her bubbly voice, I couldn't help but to feel something watching me very closely. Something ... Someone ...
I turned my head to the right and found Jonghyun staring back right at me. After realizing I caught him, his eyebrows quickly shot up in alarm and he turned his head back away from me. I raised my eyebrows at him and then slowly turned my head to the front.
There, stood a man no taller than 6'' and had a thick head full of hair. He had thick-rimmed glasses and it was set aside on the bridge of his nose. He looked as if he were supposed to be a student, but his voice gave away that he was somewhere in his 40's. Not to mention he had a zero tolerance policy for annoying little s.
The whole class kept talking until all eyes landed on the teacher, who's name was Mr. Cheung. Or as he wants you to call him- Professor Cheung. He never spoke until the whole class was listening to him. Even if one student sneezed, he'd wait until that kid was done. Every little thing he said was important for the final exams and the tests he gives us. Textbooks and notes mean nothing to him.
He believes the primary source for getting the right facts is from hearing the words come out of someone experienced in that major.
I think it's bull.
After the class quieted down, he cleared his throat once and then went onto talking.
"I'll be changing seats now. You'll be staying in that seat for the rest of the year. No complaints should be made and all of you be friendly towards your partner. Go more than friendly, I don't care. Just stay in your assigned seat whenever you are in my class. If you aren't, I will fail you and you'll have to go to summer school," Professor Cheung said.
He took the binder off his desk and looked at it. In a monotone voice, he started to speak out the names. "Lee So Eun; first seat right. Kim Bum, next to her."
As the seating went on, I've come to realized that it was a boy-girl pattern. And a ratio from smart-stupid. He seated the stupid kid and smart kid together.
I wonder if I were to get a dumbass or if I was a dumbass ...
".... Kang Bae 3rd row, first seat on the left. Cho Hea Won next to him."
I could hear Hea Won's whimper as she steadily took her seat next to Kang Bae. He was known as a legendary dumbass who hits on girls. Especially if they were already taken.
I saw the smirk on his face as she turned away from him, probably pissed off at something he said. There starts off their bumpy relationship.
"... Park Mi Young 3rd row, third seat on the left. Kim Jonghyun next to her."
Well, isn's this teacher so ironic?
Gasps and whispers were heard all around the room but then silence occurred after. I kept my eyes on my seat and headed straight for my seat. I pulled the seat out of the opening of the desk with the chair screeching against the floor but eventually sat on the chair. Jonghyun came forward and sat in his seat too, making no eye contact.
All eyes were still on us even as Professor Cheung kept on giving assigned seats. No sound, just eyes. I felt as if the whole world could feel the tension in the air.
Well, at least now I know I'm not the dumbass.
Onew had to sit next to a loud, tiny girl who loved to annoy any boy. I could already see Onew crying to get away from this girl. And for chicken.
Professor Cheung got right down to business. "All I want you guys to do is bond, like atoms or animals. Reason for this is that you and your partner will be doing everything together. Projects, classwork, review, taking notes for each other, etc. You'll work together all the time in my class unless you are taking a test. When doing hands-on, help each other so they can get it. If they still don't understand, then they're stupid. Simple as that. Just tutor them if they cannot comprehend. Might as well be easier," he muttered the last sentence.
One student raised his hand.
"Yes?" Professor Cheung asked.
"Is there a specific reason why we have to do everything with our partner?''
Professor Cheung did not hesitate to answer this.
"Half of you are stupid. If you want to pass my class, you better pay attention and stop being dumb."
That makes half of us pretty sad.
Professor Cheung explained a couple of more rules until getting to the lesson on which we're studying today. Photoelectric effect. Eugh. Even the name sounds crappy.
I took notes on what he was saying and it took about 20 minutes of the period. By the time I was done, I took a glance at Jonghyun's notebook and saw nothing but a blank sheet of paper. The pencil was still on his desk. I furrowed my eyes.
I nudged his shoulder. He looked at me. "Why aren't you writing?" I asked quietly.
He shrugged shyly. No comment.
Huh.
I gestured him to write. "Write," I told him. I went back to my notebook, doodling this time. After a few minutes, I turned back to Jonghyun who still wasn't writing.
What the fu-
"Hey."
Jonghyun turned his head to me again with his eyebrows raised. I took the pencil from his desk, took his head and put the pencil in there. I took his hand and then placed it on top of the notebook. "Write," I ordered again.
He blinked at his hand and then looked down to his paper. He then turned his head to me and blinked. "I don't understand," he simply stated.
I furrowed my eyes. "Don't understand what?" I asked.
"What he's talking about. I don't understand," he explained.
I blinked at him a few times. And then I scoffed. "How retarded," I muttered.
"What's retarded?"
"You. How come you don't get it? It's pretty simple if you look at it from here. They're electrons emitted from matter," I explain, wondering if he would get this.
Instead, his eyes furrow and he purses his lips. "What are electrons?"
Oh my god, this kid is stupid.
I sighed. "Electrons are subatomic particles that carry a negative charge. They're opposite from protons which should be ..." I trailed off.
He furrowed his eyes into space but then turned to me. "Positively charged?"
"Exactly," I sigh, leaning back in my chair.
Jonghyun nods. "So like ... where do electrons and protons go?"
...
"You are the most stupidest person I have met."
He made a face at me that looked as if he were insulted and then he folded his arms. "I'm not stupid! I'm just not so bright."
"Meaning another term for stupid. Stupid."
"Stop calling me that!" he barked. I smirked at him as my tongue made a little wiggle at him.
"Stuuuupiiid ~"
I was expecting some kind of idiotic comeback, but nothing came out of his mouth. Instead, his eyes were staring somewhere near my face and they just kept staring at whatever. I my lips to prevent them from being a bit dry as I stared at him, and saw his face change color to a dark pink coming onto a light red.
... Awkwaaard.
I heard someone clear their throat and I automatically looked up to Professor Cheung looking down at us. He had no kind of emotion plastered on his face. It was just cold, distant and serious. He looked down at Jonghyun's notebook.
"I see you haven't written anything I've told you," he said in a low, husky tone.
Jonghyun didn't respond to him.
Professor Cheung grunted. "Very well. Just copy the notes your partner took. You'll be needing them to study for tomorrow's quiz," he sighed as he walked back to the front of the room.
Tomorrow's quiz was to test us on how well we are in science. It won't only be on photoelectric effect.
And knowing Jonghyun and his stupidity for science, he was bound to fail.
Jonghyun never seemed to talk after then but it made me wonder.
Why was he acting awkward today? And when was he so shy?
Wait a minute ... did he even bang a girl today?
I turned my head around for no reason only to find Onew on the floor as the loud, tiny girl tried to kiss him. It looked more like . He was crying and pleading for help silently, but Professor Cheung and no one else noticed.
How pitiful.
The rest of the day went on as we had math and science again later in the day. In science, we had textbook problems and even at that time Jonghyun still didn't do his work. He just stared at it as if it were air.
I would find him looking at me and then he'd be surprised and stick his tongue out at me and then turn around to talk to Onew. Did I mention Onew was still crying? He was hiding under his desk as he tried to slap that girl away countless times. She would only come back for more.
We had math last period and I was kind of glad and pissed. Glad because I didn't have to sit next to Jonghyun. Pissed because Onew was there to take his spot. However, Onew was pretty much occupied getting over the 'ual harassment' from Tiny Loud Mouth. I think that's a nice name for her. He kept rocking back and forth as he whimpered.
"She ... she almost ... grabbed ... Dubu Jr. ..." he'd choke a minute later. I pretty much ignored him for the rest of the period.
Someone tapped me on the shoulder. I turned around to face Key and Hea Won.
"So, Mi Young. I heard you have a new partner in Science," Key smiled at me.
I blinked at him.
"You found out he's more of a dumbass in science?''
I blinked again.
Key smirked. "Thank god you didn't have math with him- he's terrible in that subject."
"Then how was he able to be number one?" I asked.
Key shrugged. "Not sure. He never told me. I think it had to do with personal issues but other than that, he's not smart."
I nodded.
"And he also beat you into being first place," Key teased.
I gave him a blunt stare. "You know your girlfriend is sitting next to Kang Bae?" I asked.
Immediately, Key's smirk changed into an expression of horror. His mouth was in a large oval with his beady eyes almost popping out of his head. He snapped his head into Hea Won's direction.
"YEOBO!" he gasped.
"I didn't do anything!" she yelled back.
They kept on bickering as time passed by.
Hm. Work is done, Onew's in rehab, Key and Hea Won are on the verge of killing each other and then making out ... what is there to do then?
I looked at the left side of me and found Minho once again texting to whoever he might be texting to. He looked so focused into it and sometimes the side of his mouth would twitch as if he wanted to smile.
I kept on staring at him until he realized I was staring back at him. He raised his eyebrows a little. "Yeah, Mi Young?" he asked.
"Oh, nothing. I just ... wanted to know why you're texting most of the time," I say.
He didn't answer for a long time but then his expressionless face broke out into a smile. "Someone special. A friend close to me," he answered.
I nodded, wondering what kind of special person.
"Why are you so quiet?" I asked, being on a roll.
"I honestly have nothing to talk about with anyone. Everyone is so annoying and they have better things to do than to listen to my life. At least that's what I think," Minho answered.
"Nah, I'm sure your life is pretty interesting. You think Onew has anything to do in his life?" I asked, rolling my eyes.
"... almost grabbed- I HEARD YOU- Dubu Jr.," Onew shuddered at the last word.
Minho smiled and laughed breathlessly at Onew. "Thanks, but I'm pretty sure it would be boring to the great Mi Young," he said.
"I don't think so. So tell me- what do you like?" I asked.
"I like sports," he replied.
"What's your favorite?" I asked.
"Soccer."
"Oh, how nice. I like that sport too."
"Cool. Favorite color?"
"Blue," I answered.
"Ha, me too," he smiled.
"What would you like to do in your spare time?" I asked.
"Well ... to tell the truth ... I want to have a job on acting. I feel as if it's ... nice to do," he answered awkwardly.
I nodded slowly. "Nice ..."
"Yeah. I think it may be nice to have a role in a drama or something. I wanna go out of the box and make people think that I'm different from what I appear to be. Something wild, maybe," Minho explained.
Wow. Minho seems to be more lively than what I thought. I think this is what he means by making people think of being different from what he appears to be.
We kept on talking more and more about our interests and found out that we have a lot in common. He likes kids and so do I and he likes to rap. I've never tried to rap, but I like listening to CL's voice in 'Go Away'.
Time was so short when last period ended and we all had to go home. I left Hea Won and Key all to themselves as they made out once again at the lockers. I said goodbye to Onew and assured him he'd be okay and suggested he should go home before Tiny Loud Mouth found him. I saw Taemin for a brief moment and quickly brushed my hand against his cheek (I was supposed to pat his head, but I was getting pushed by some idiots accidentally). His face suddenly lit up and he jumped around all over the place, blushing insanely and then left to study some more.
I laughed at his actions quietly and then found Jonghyun by the door. He was probably waiting for someone or just loitering around. I walked forward. "Hey," I called out to him.
He turned his head towards me and he jumped back a little. "When were you here?" he asked.
"I was always here," I answered.
"Oh."
"..."
"Well, uh good luck on the quiz tomorrow," he muttered, scratching his head awkwardly.
"Hm. You need the luck on yours," I smiled as I passed through him and out the door.
I walked towards home, wondering what to eat when I got home. Maybe something liquid or maybe a sandwich. Maybe some kimchi I can make ...
It took me about 10 minutes until I saw my house clear in my sight. No one was supposedly home and I was kind of glad. No mother and I got the house all to myself. All to myself ...
I'm such a lonely turd.
I sighed deeply and kept on walking towards my house and then looked around the other houses near mine. I never really paid much attention to them. They were just there, for nature's own amusement. I never really had any friends around my neighborhood. They completely ignored me. It's why I never brought them up. They didn't mean anything to me.
As soon as I was near my door, I spotted someone by the house next to mine. I looked at the person and found him (it was a him) wearing the same school uniform boys at my school wear. He had short black hair and looked as if he was looking for something.
And if you just look closely enough, it looked just like Minho.
