Deena's pov

"Oh fu-" George started before I grabbed his hand and ran. I looked back to see the girl shocked and Nick was walking behind her. Where is Clay? We ran behind a booth and put our backs against it, catching our breaths. I turned again and saw Nick talking to her, he was obviously pissed but kept his calm. I was turning back to say something to George but standing to the left of him, practically hovering over us, was Clay.

"Jesus Christ!" I jumped and folded my arms into my chest, stepping forward a bit. I scared George with my shouts, of course. I put my hands on my knees, leaning over them and having to catch my breath again.

"Sorry" he scratched the back of his neck and me and George just looked at him, waiting for him to say something. "Me and Nick saw what happened right as we got off. I went left and he went to her."

"That's good" I nodded and looked to George who was looking slightly at the ground with his eyes wide open. "Hey it's okay-"

"We're fucked" he laughed. Is he okay...? "Everyone is going to know-"

"And what's wrong with that?"

"Do you know how bad this can get, Deena?" He looked at me with worry. "I want to be public so bad, but when we're ready to, and also when no one will threaten you."

"Threaten?" I furrowed my eyebrows. He looked down and towards Clay, who just looked down with his hands in his pockets. "What's going on?"

"Two years ago I was dating someone, Eloise" he cleared his throat, I walked back towards them and put my hands in my pockets awkwardly, listening. "We weren't public for seven months, but then she wanted to have a conversation about going public with our relationship. So we did, and immediately she began getting threats, getting harassed, she even got fucking doxed by the fanbase for me, Clay, and Nick. She broke up with me after two more months. It was bad"

"Well can't we just force them to stop?" I furrowed my eyebrows and looked at George, he gave me Sorry eyes and I turned to Clay, who immediately looked down. I stared at him for a few more seconds before he slowly shook his head. I stepped back slowly, feeling tears coming to my eyes. "Why- why not?"

"Deena that was two years ago. There's even more terrible people now and they just don't listen" Clay stepped towards me and I took another step back, now in view of Nick and the girl. They stopped talking and she looked down at her phone, clearly looking at the picture before looking back up at him. She stared at him for a minute before she turned and bolted the other way.

"What do we do?" Now I was pissed.

The ride home was quiet, the photo hadn't been leaked yet, so we had no idea if it was clearly the two of us or not. We all waited for our phones to blow up.

"Look, D. I'm sorry if I scared you about all of the stuff back there I-" George spoke quietly, trying to make it so I'm the only one that heard him.

"It's better that you tell me. It's better so it doesn't surprise me or hurt" I smiled and placed my hand on his, squeezing. He smiled back and sighed.

"C'mere" he whispered and placed his arm around me, holding me gently. I buried my head into his neck and sighed. "I'm going to miss this"

"Hey it's not sappy time guys we still have tomorrow together" Nick frustratingly turned and spoke with a huff. I laughed at him and so did the other two.

"He he's right" Clay spoke up at we pulled into the drive way, turning to face us. "But there's the rest of tonight too"

He winked and did a drinking hand motion. The sound of all of us scrambling to get inside to drink was probably the most pathetic thing in the world. The laughs made me smile though. We ran inside and were strangled by Downey who was very exited to see us.

"I should probably take him out" I laughed and grabbed his leash. George stopped as the other two nodded and ran to get drinks from upstairs. "You go, I'll be fine"

"No id rather be with you" he smiled and followed me out the door. He grabbed my free hand and held me close. It was getting slightly cooler at night even though we were in Florida. I leaned my head against his shoulder and sighed.

"I am going to miss this too" I laughed, sadness obviously in my voice. He giggled with me as Downey did his business. "And you, of course"

"Yeah I think I'll miss the dog more" he spoke while scrunching up his face as I turned to face him. I gasped and shoved him in the chest. "I'm kidding"

"You better be" I smiled and we walked back inside. The guys had made drinks and handed them to us as soon as we walked up. We all watched music videos and laughed together, talking about the past three months.

"No what really confused me is how the hell Clay changed his voice that one night at dinner!" Nick laughed and we all laughed as well. "I'm serious! He sounded like a puny little geek"

"Isn't he already?" I spoke up and we all bursted out laughing again. "Kidding, kidding"

"What about the time when you and Deena got all exited, left us hanging, and showed up wearing matching panda onesies" Clay laughed, everyone groaning in reminders of the night, and I rubbed my face in embarrassment. "Then you both got fucking wasted and Nick got sick"

"I still don't know how you didn't, Deena. I mean you drank even more than I did" Nick questioned while taking a sip of my drink.

"She did" George smiled at the two of them and they looked to me. I simply took a sip of my drink and held back a smile. I could help but smile once I put the cup down, though.

"BAHAHAHAH!" Nick and Clay laughed like they just heard the funniest thing in the world. Me and George laughed as well but not nearly as hard.

"At least I didn't get throw up all over my onesie" I raised my glass and he scoffed at me, only making me smile harder.

"Wait how did you know she got sick, George?" Clay questioned and he looked to me.

"Well I helped her of course" he laughed as if it was obvious.

"God you two were obviously crushing on each other back then" Nick said it like it was years ago.

The rest of the night we laughed about memories and reminded each other of the embarrassing things we all did. It was honestly the happiest feeling. Soon enough the door bell rand and everyone looked confused.

"I'll get it" I groaned and stood up as they all thanked me, knowing they didn't want to. I stumbling for a sec but got a hold of my footing. I finally got to last set of stairs when it rang again. "Im coming we, damn it!"

"It's 2 in my morning who could possibly be here?" I mumbled to myself before opening the door. I stood there with pure shock written all over my face.

"Hey, D"

"Hi, Ian"
