Dreams POV:

I got home after going to a few stores and decided to relax for a bit. I hopped on Twitter to see if anymore drama happened here in the wonderful year of 2021. I was scrolling and I saw a tweet that made me laugh.

I let out small chuckle before thinking if I should say something. Maybe privately so no one freaks out? Or maybe I shouldn't say anything at all? I don't want to get anxious so I'm just going to let it go for now, I can say it was no problem some other time. Maybe I can go to her job and tell her. But that would mean I saw her tweet. But I can't say something because then she'd know what I look like and she'd tell people. Or maybe she won't.

Fuck

I love not showing my face to everyone, and it makes me less self conscious of who I am, but moments like these really get into my head.

~flash forward a few hours~

Deena's POV:

I was laying around just scrolling through Twitter when I got the notification that dream was streaming. I've never really talked to him, other than today of course, but I know from Darryl he's a really genuine guy. I got up from my extremely comfortable bed, and walked over to my computer. I pulled up the stream and watched him speed run for a bit before donating a few dollars.

"Oh hi Deena" he said while putting his character into 3rd POV and hitting the air "I hope you have listened to that record on repeat."

I let my mouth drop to the floor. Did he mean to say that? I already knew Twitter was blowing up like crazy and I didn't want to look. By the looks of it from the stream chat, people are angry, jealous, or happy. Mostly jealous but the thing that really made me laugh is people think we're together. My phone started ringing and Zak's name popped up.

"Heyyyyy Zak" I smiled awkwardly looking at his shocked face.

"You met DREAM?" He said loudly. I groaned and put my face in my hand. He stood there waiting for an answer while I slowly started to laugh. "Are you laughing?! Deena this is a serious matter" he tried to keep a serious tone but couldn't help but smile.

"Well I didn't know it was him, then after I tweeted he DMed me saying you're welcome and.. yeah" I said while giving him a thumbs up. He was quiet for a minute with his mouth just gapped open in shock.

"Well what does he look like??" He was exited like a child going to Disney.

"I can't tell you, I gave him my trust" he made a sad face while rolling his eyes.

"Oh yeah that's true" he flopped onto his bed and nodded. "Oh wait hold on" I was confused until I saw he was adding Darryl to the FaceTime.

"Oh god, Zak no-" I was cut off my a sleepy Darryl, who was obviously sleeping.

"What do you two muffin heads want" he groaned and rolled over.

"Deena met dream!!" Zak said loudly making Darryls head snap towards the phone and look at me with shock.

"Deena is this true?" He asked like a strict parent. I rolled my eyes and let out a small chuckle.

"For fuck sakes Zak come on" I laughed.

"Language, Deena!"

Dream why must you put me through this.

Time skip an hour or so (1:43 am)

"Okay goodnight guys I'm tired" I huffed. This entire conversation was both of them asking how he was in person. Was he nice? Did he act like dream? Was he cute? What about this, why that, blah blah blah.

"Okay goodnight, D" Zak said while smiling.

"Goodnight"

I hung up the phone and let out a laugh. I opened Twitter and it was blowing up. And everyone was asking the exact same thing. "Show us what he looks like"

I decided to show the exactly what he looks like.

Since everyone is asking what dream really looks like, we can talk about it.

I watched as everyone started freaking out, even players from the SMP. I was smiling, amused by all of the comments and memes people were posting. Soon enough I got a DM from the one and only.

I knew he was probably nervous that I'd actually expose him, so I decided to calm his nerves just a tad bit.

I laughed, him now knowing what I was doing made this a lot better, and soon enough he tweeted.

Now the fans were all going absolutely insane and even his closest friends were falling for it. This was golden. Now when to execute? I think a few hours to make them suspenseful would be enough. It was now almost 3 in the morning so I decided to go to sleep and post about it in the morning.

Morning time (8:00 am)

I woke up and hopped in the shower before brushing my teeth. I walked out to my kitchen and made a bagel with strawberry cream cheese and made myself a cup of coffee. While I waited, I decided to hop on Twitter.

No fucking way.

#dreamfacereveal was number one on trending. I am so screwed they all are going to hate me. But mr. beast did this too so........ oh well :D

I do have a picture with him...

No I don't. God this is golden. Do they really think I'm doing this? I soon got a dm from dream asking if I wanted to meet up with him and hang out for awhile before leaking his "face reveal". We decided to go to a random park and we could actually take a picture.

He still has the mask from mr. beast. I asked if he could wear it and we could take a picture for me to tweet. Sooner than later I was on my way to the park. The drive was only ten minutes from my house so it was quick. I got out of my car and saw a tall lanky guy on the monkey bars. His legs would be touching the ground if he wasn't bending them. I walked up and decided to scare him.

"Dream is that really you??" I said in shock. He fell off the monkey bars in fear before realizing it was me. I started laughing hysterically as he caught his breath from the panic.

"Dude you can't do that holy shit" he was breathing heavily with his hand on his chest. I had my hands on my knees and was wheezing from laughing so hard.

"Okay okay. my bad, man" I said while smiling he shook his head in fake disappointment before whipping out the mask. "Yes lets goooo" I cheered.

"I almost forgot it not gonna lie" he laughed while putting it on. He pulled his hood over his head while I set up my phone on a stair. I pressed the timer and ran towards where he was, throwing up peace signs. He did the same and was laughing behind the mask while we waited for the timer to finish. Finally it snapped the picture and I grabbed my phone to look at it.

"That's great" he laughed. "I feel like everyone is going to be so mad at us oh my god."
