Luka felt like he was on cloud nine recently, after the feelings were finally let out to Adrien and the two of them finally managed to come to an agreement.

Secret relationship.

Well, kind of secret. Adrien could openly say he had a boyfriend since the only people he saw in his new life was Delilah, Lilith and his coworkers who only knew him as Chaton. Luka had to keep yet another secret, he couldn't reveal who his boyfriend was or it'd give away Adriens whereabouts.

Again, he hated secrets. But for Adriens sake he as willing to keep this one and as soon as it was safe for him to return to life as Adrien they could be as open as they pleased.

That fluffy feeling you get when you're truly in love and feel deeply for a person had been lingering on him since that night he stayed with Adrien. He was very much off with the fairies, shot with Cupid's arrow.

His first boyfriend, not first relationship sure, but first boyfriend. Obviously things would feel a bit different between dating a girl and dating a boy. It was like his first relationship all over again. Of course he still cares for Marinette and valued her friendship very highly, and he was glad they'd had that talk about letting Adrien choose who he wanted. There wouldn't be any hard feelings.

The bubbly feeling he had was manifesting itself in music today. Often he manifested his feelings into music, so it was inevitable he'd end up writing something for Adrien. It was a usual weekend hangout in the park with the friend group, and this time Chloe was even invited. She seemed to have matured since Adrien went missing, the situation smacking some sense into her. The whole time she'd been here she'd genuinely been trying to be nice and work together with the group, they were rather surprised but glad to see her trying to make a change.

"You seem happy" Marinette snickered, amused by Lukas daze.

"I am, something good happened recently" he replied, fiddling with the strings on his guitar.

"Ooo, tell"

"I can't right now. It's uh... personal stuff, but as soon as I can I will. Promise"

"I look forward to it. You've definitely perked up because of it, I'm glad"

He wasn't surprised Marinette had noticed his happier state, when they dated she got pretty good at reading him and his music.

"I guess it's like a sense of relief and new beginnings. I'm trying to put it into music notes but I haven't quite figured out the melody yet..."

"You're good with music, I'm sure you'll figure it out soon" Marinette replied.

Unfortunately, the bubbly mood was quickly ruined when an annoyingly familiar voice sounded.

"Hey guys! No one told me we were all hanging out!

He, Marinette and Chloe all glared at her. Lila... who invited her?

"Oh yeah it was kind of last minute, sorry about that" Alix said.

"Oh it's fine! Can't help last minute changes. But what are we all doing?" Lila replied, joining the group.

Marinette scoffed under her breath, Chloe rolling her eyes.

"Who let her come here?" Chloe muttered.

"She just shows up uninvited like last time" Marinette complained.

"Ridiculous, utterly ridiculous! At least ASK to join"

Luka was rather glad to see that progress was being made between Mari and Chloe. They definitely didn't have the best past but at least they could get along with the Lila hatred.
