The usual meeting spot atop a building at nightfall was where under the suit of cat noir, Adrien explained the details he got from Nathalie to Luka and Marinette under the suits of Viperion and Ladybug. There hadn't been an akuma attack in a while, so their guard was slightly down as they chatted about plans knowing there'd be no surprise akuma attacks yet.

"So that's what he's planning Huh? I always knew Lila was suspicious..." Ladybug scoffed.

"After that incident where she tried to get you expelled I knew she wasn't just a mean girl, she's plain evil. I'm not surprised she's part of the plan" Cat sighed.

"You can say that again, her trying to use your disappearance as sympathy points for herself made me so mad" Viperion added.

The heroes were up to date on everything, by now Nathalie would have gone to the police with her statement, all that was left to do aside from ladybug relaying the updates to the other miraculous holders was to wait. Wait until Gabriel is arrested and either his miraculous will be ceased along with his other belongings or he'll attack and that'd have to put their plan into action.

"I guess all we do now is wait... how long do you think it'll take to arrest?" Ladybug asked.

"Not sure. I know that after Nathalie testifies her statement they have to review it and put it into the offical timeline of the case, so it might be a few days until he's actually put into cuffs. I'll take that time to ask Lilith and Delilah for custody of me, I'm sure they already have suspicions I'm Adrien anyway" Cat replied.

"Hopefully everything goes smoothly and we end up with a more pacifist route, it'd be good to avoid a large scale fight" Luka added.

They nodded in agreement, everyone wanted a more civil option in this situation. After their last large scale fight with him resulting in Marinette ending up guardian and Fu loosing his memory they hoped to avoid a mess like that again. But finally it seemed things were going in their direction, hawkmoth no longer controlled the narrative. All Adrien wanted was for his mother to lay to Rest In Peace, not have her revived and catastrophic damage caused in the process. He didn't understand how his father didn't see things that way.

Actually he did, he was unhinged that's why.

"Well thanks for relaying everything to me guys. You've been a huge help in his whole plan making deal, I better go relay everything to the other heroes before it gets too late and everyone ends up asleep in bed" ladybug said.

"Have fun rushing all over Paris for that" Viperion snickered.

"You know maybe we could help if we knew everyone's identities" Cat sassed.

It was a salty jab, but it was just a joke. Ladybug was glad they'd repaired their relationship so they could joke about it now.

"Yeah yeah, you'll know AFTER the hawkmoth deal is wrapped up. I promise, it's just a safety precaution"

"I know I'm just teasing, you better be quick before it gets too late" cat replied.

"Thanks again guys, bug out"

And with that Cat Noir and Viperion were left on the rooftop alone, Ladybug off to play messenger. Wanting to spend some time together before heading home for the night, the two sat on the rooftop and looked out over the city.

"I'm exhausted from all this drama, I'm glad it'll be over soon" Luka sighed.

"Me too, I've had enough trauma for one year thank you very much" Adrien replied.
