It's been a few days but Luo Mei hasn't left yet because Tong Yao begged her to stay for at least a few weeks.
Luo Mei just got done playing a game round. She looks over at where Lu Yue is sitting. She takes her headphones off, sets them down, and gets up. She walks over to where Lu Yue is and sits down on the sofa in front of him.
She starts to look on her phone. Lu Yue looks up. He notices the necklace she's wearing. He knows it because he gave it to her on her 14th birthday.
Lu Yue- (says in his head) She kept it.
She sees where he's looking and she covers herself with her flannel shirt, and gives him a look. After that she texts him.
Luo Mei- Pervert.
He texts her back. She didn't think he would.
Lu Yue- I wasn't looking there. The necklace.
Luo Mei- Oh.
Lu Yue- You kept it.
Luo Mei- Of course. I cherish it. Are you talking to me now?

She looks up at him and starts talking to him.
Luo Mei- Fine. Stay mad at me. See if I care.
He groans.
Luo Mei- (she stands up) Tong Yao?
Tong Yao- Yeah.
Luo Mei- Are you done with your game?
She walks forward. She stops next to the sofa Lu Yue is sitting on.
Tong Yao- Almost.
Luo Mei- Let's go out. I'll treat you to something.
Tong Yao- Okay.
Luo Mei- (looks down at Lu Yue) You know, you're not being handsome right now.
Lu Yue- (looks up at her) What? Say that again?
Luo Mei- You're not being handsome right now.
Lu Yue- Take that back.
Luo Mei- No.
Tong Yao is on live and fans are asking what that yelling is. She says something and they hear it.
Tong Yao- Lu Yue's being stubborn.
Back to where Luo Mei and Lu Yue are.
Lu Yue- I said take it back.
Luo Mei- Never. You're being stubborn and it doesn't look good on you.
He groans, gets up, and walks off. Tong Yao walks up behind Luo Mei.
Tong Yao- Are we going?
Luo Mei- He talked to me a little bit.
Tong Yao- That's good.
Luo Mei- Let me get my bag and shoes. Then we will go.
Tong Yao- Okay.
Luo Mei- I'll call for a taxi.
After that she walks upstairs to her room to get her bag and shoes. She comes back down and sees Tong Yao waiting for her close to the front door. She walks over there.
Luo Mei- Let's go. The taxi will be here soon.
Tong Yao- Okay.
They walk outside.
Luo Mei- One thing. I never got to meet Chen JinYang.
Tong Yao- I can text her to come along. Where are we going?
Luo Mei- You will see when we get there.
Tong Yao- Okay. How...
Luo Mei- My father is rich so I have money. Don't worry about it.
Tong Yao- Oh. Okay.
The taxi soon comes and they get in. Luo Mei tells the driver where they want to go and they head there.
They arrive at a place that sales cakes and tea. They set at a table and wait for Chen JinYang.
Tong Yao- Luo Mei?
Luo Mei- Mmm?
Tong Yao- Lu Yue talked to you a little. That's progress.
Luo Mei- I know he's still mad at me.
Tong Yao- Why did you break up with him? If you don't mind me asking.
Luo Mei- Brother Cheng, didn't tell you?
Tong Yao- No.
Luo Mei- I had no choose at the time but I regretted that. Those years in France I missed him so much and it make me think; I didn't have to break up with him. I could have just told my father I did. I was young and stupid.
Tong Yao- Was your father okay with you dating him?
Luo Mei- Definitely not. At first I wouldn't admit I fallen for him.
Tong Yao- You did.
Luo Mei- Yes. I never thought of him like that. Well, sometimes. I found myself crushing on him sometimes. I'm sorry. It's probably weird talking to you about this.
Tong Yao- It's okay.
Then Chen JinYang comes and joins them.
Chen JinYang- Hi. You must be Luo Mei. Tong Yao told me about you.
Luo Mei- Hello.
Chen JinYang- Sorry, I couldn't meet you last time. Something came up with my husband.
Luo Mei- Your husband is Ai Jia.
Chen JinYang- Yes.
Luo Mei- I may not have been on social media much but if it had to do with you and Ai Jia, Lu SiCheng and Tong Yao, Lu Yue or anything that had to do with ZGDX, I would take a look.
Chen JinYang- Tong Yao informed me how Lu Yue's been acting cold since you've returned.
Luo Mei- He can go back to how he was acting before I returned soon because I will be going back to France in a few days.
Chen JinYang- You are here for the Jungler back up position?
Luo Mei- Yes.
Chen JinYang- Why leave then.
Luo Mei- My returning is too hard on Lu Yue. I want to consider his feelings.
Tong Yao- Luo Mei, I told you he will come around. He's already made progress.

Soon they eat cakes and drink tea.
Meanwhile, back at the mansion, Lu Yue came back from a walk. He puts his slippers on. Then he feels something rub up against his leg. He looks down and sees Chocolate Chip. He picks him up.
Lu Yue- Chocolate Chip, did you miss me?
The cat purrs. Lu Yue kisses Chocolate Chip.
Lu Yue- I missed you. I missed your Ma more.
He then takes the cat up to his room.
Later Luo Mei and Tong Yao come back. Luo Mei wants to cuddle with Chocolate Chip. She calls for him.
Luo Mei- Chocolate Chip! Where is he?
Tong Yao- (looks for the cat & doesn't find him) I can't find him.
Luo Mei- That's weird. He should be here.
Xiao Pang- (he comes over) You're looking for Chocolate Chip?
Luo Mei- Yes. Have you seen him?
Xiao Pang- No.
God Ming- (walks in the room) Lu Yue--
Luo Mei- What about Lu Yue?
God Ming- He took Chocolate Chip up to his room. I don't know why.
Luo Mei- Really?
God Ming- I saw him.
Luo Mei- Oh. He wants to share custody again.
God Ming- Huh?
Tong Yao- That's right. You never got to tell me why you named Chocolate Chip Chocolate Chip.

Tong Yao and Luo Mei go and sit down. Luo Mei tells her why she gave her cat the name Chocolate Chip.

Luo Mei sees that Lu Yue has something behind his back.
Luo Mei- Lu Yue, what do you have?
Lu Yue holds the kitten in front of him.
Luo Mei- Oh my gosh. What's this?

Luo Shen- Happy birthday!

Luo Mei- (looks up while her hands are touching the kitten) Okay.
Luo Shen- You two play with the kitten. I'm leaving.
Luo Mei takes the kitten from Lu Yue's hands, and sets on her bed with it. He sits down next to her.
Luo Mei- (talks to the kitten) You're so cute.
Lu Yue- (he watches her with heart eyes) What about me?
Luo Mei- (looks up at him) You have to be so cocky?
Lu Yue- Yes.
Luo Mei- The kitten is cuter.
Lu Yue- What? Say that again.
Luo Mei- The kitten is cuter than you. (she smiles)
Lu Yue- (he moves closer to her) Take it back.
Luo Mei- No.
Lu Yue- (he gets up in her face) I said take it back.
Luo Mei- No. (she lifts her head)
In that moment they gaze into each other's eyes.
Luo Mei- Lu Yue...
He touches her lips with his. She wasn't ready for the kiss. It overwhelmes them both so they pull away after a few kisses. Than Luo Mei lays down on her bed to play with the kitten. He lays down on his left side. He watches her play with the kitten.
Lu Yue- (he reaches out his hand & touches the kitten. his hand rubs up against hers while he does) So, what are you going to name him? You have to give him a name.
Luo Mei- Right. Let me think.
She looks up at him. He smiles at her. Once she looks in his eyes the name comes to her.
Luo Mei- Chocolate Chip. That's his name.
Lu Yue- Chocolate Chip?
Luo Mei- Mmhm.
Lu Yue- I like it.
Luo Mei- Me too.
She finished the story of why she gave Chocolate Chip the name he has.
Luo Mei- Oh, sorry. I almost forgot that's when Lu Yue and I had our first kiss. How embarrassing.
She realizes that the whole team is there accept Lu Yue. Actually he's eavesdropping again.
Old Cat- Wow.
Luo Mei- Did everyone hear?
Lu Yue- (he walks over where everyone is) Why would you tell them that story? You trying to embarrass me?
Luo Mei- (she stands up & walks up to him) No. I was telling Tong Yao the reason why I gave Chocolate Chip his name because she wanted to know. I almost forgot our first kiss was part of it. Also I didn't realize everyone was listening. You don't even care if I'm sorry so why should I say it. And I'm taking my cat back.
Lu Yue- Your cat?
Luo Mei- We don't even share custody any more. Why does it matter to you?
After that she walks passed him and walks upstairs to Lu Yue's room to get her cat back and then goes to her's.
