(Toga's Abilities)
Peak Human Condition: As the former leader of the elite troop Shadow, is in top physical condition (although nowhere near Saeko's level). Toga effectively knocked down and knocked out numerous highly trained ZECT troopers with one kick (they were wearing heavy armors and helmets) with ease. And even pressuring and knocking down Salis Worms (they are bulletproof even using specialize bullet against them and strong enough to causally walk through concrete walls) using little effort without transformed. He was able to survive getting backhanded through the woods by Uca Worm.
