Faster Swimmer: Satoshi is faster than anyone when in water.
Control of Water: Satoshi can control any source of water as both attack and defense.
Maximum Jump Height: Satoshi can jump at incredible heights when in water.
Maximum Breathing: Satoshi can breath underwater for long periods.

Kamen Rider Wave: Diving Dolphin is Wave's dolphin-based primary form, accessed by using the Diving Dolphin Progrisekey in the A.I.M.S. Shotriser. Like Zero-One's Biting Shark Form, this form specialized for combat and movement in aquatic environments by minimizing water resistance. Because of this design, Diving Dolphin is much less agile on land, resulting in a substantial decrease in jumping height and running speed in comparison to Rising Hopper.

SWIM! DIVING BLAST: Fires powerful water-based bullets.
Mizu Shot: Boost attack from Attache Shotgun.
