Ty's POV
I sat on my bed. Mitch had given me a (uncomfortable) ride home. Adam ignored me when I got inside, and until I went downstairs. "Ty," he said. "What?" The despair must have been thick in my voice, for he grimaced. "You know, I think we shouldn't get married. I've been thinking really hard, so just hear me out." I gasped. He winced as if my intake of air injured him. "Well, looking back on everything, we are very young. Too young, don't you think? Shouldn't we think things over? And also, I think we had sex too soon. I read somewhere that it can ruin relationships, and I think it was right. I just don't feel the same anymore. I'm just really sorry it took me until yesterday to notice it.
