CHAPTER 2.
PRESENT DAY
Night had fallen and once again the Mikaelson siblings and Partners sat in the parlour.
"How are the supernaturals of the City?" Klaus asked.
"Quiet," Marcel and Elijah, both answered.
"The witches are quiet also," Davina added.
"And the wolves?" Klaus asked
"I spoke to Aiden today, he said all was quiet they keep asking about Hayley, but Jackson remains quiet on the subject, Aiden said they should be told something shortly as Hayley and Jackson should be living together, it will start to cause agitation amongst the wolves." Marcel explained.
"Cami keeps asking about you Klaus," Davina said, looking over at him.
"Will you tell her I am out of Town for the foreseeable future?" Klaus asked Davina.
"Sure," Davina answered slight look of shock on her face, one she thought he had a thing for Cami and Two he was asking her, they were not the closest of friends, or friends at all, but he had sincerely thanked her for not giving in to the hex on Kaleb/Kol, and grateful to her for saving his Brother, Davina had seen Klaus's love for his Brother, and as she loved Kol she accepted that Klaus was Kol's Family.
"Why Niklaus," Elijah asked of him.
"You will soon see Brother," Klaus said, his face giving nothing away.
The Mikaelson stilled as dinner had started in the past Rebekah placed her hand to Marcel's head as Kol did the same to Davina, so they could all experience the memories.
1000 YEARS IN THE PAST.
"Family I have an announcement to make, Niklaus and Hayley will be Handfasted tonight and the Marriage ceremony will be taking place in Ten days time, I would ask my Son's to build Niklaus and Hayley a Hut, as is the custom, done by the Family of a newly Married couple." Esther's voice rang out.
Rebekah squealed and hugged Nik then Hayley saying congratulations, the Brother's adding their heartfelt congratulations to them.
Klaus and Hayley were standing waiting for the Handfasting ritual to begin, outside the Mikaelson hut Klaus leaned in and asked her.
"Are you sure about this Hayley?"
"Yes Klaus," She whispered back," I would do anything for Hope, killing Dahlia, saving Our Daughter from her, being Married to you, it won't be all that bad," she smiled at him.
"Say this to me in a Thousand years sweetheart" He said to her, with a grin.
"Mmm, that Klaus would be so pissed I am doing this," Hayley said thoughtfully.
"Why? you gave birth to his Child, I am a bastard, he is a bastard, I hate the thought that Hope is a bastard," He ground out through clenched teeth, his gaze thoughtful and intense.
