He smiles at first catering to her wish wanting to make her happy, but you later see his smile vanish and his eyes go glum.
They later kiss and make out on the bed, but then he simply just stops, smiles at her and goes to bed.
Some believe he wanted to make it special and didn't want to rush into sex with her because he "loves" her so much or he just wanted to watch her sleep, but that doesn't fit Klaus's character. Klaus had just admitted his feelings for her, had just kissed her, so what exactly did he have to lose by sleeping with her?
Klaus loves Cami's beauty, her pureness. He's not attracted to her sexually in that way. Sexually, Klaus is attracted to darkness. He's a hybrid after all.
He's part wolf/part vampire. I know some want sweet passionate sex for Klaus, but that's not Klaus. He's not into sweet passionate love making.
He likes wild sex because wolves are wild creatures. I think even Aurora picked up on it and called him out on Cami not being able to please him sexually like she could and you can tell by Klaus's expression, that she was right.
