SPARTAN AGOGE CHALLENGE, The Agoge was the rigorous education and training regimen mandated for all male Spartan citizens (except the firstborn son of ruling houses). The training involved learning stealth, extreme loyalty, military and combat training, pain tolerance training, hunting skills, survival training and social communication preparation.

The aim of the system was to produce hardcore physically, mentally and morally strong males capable to serve in the Spartan army. Because Sparta was the only Greek city with no defensive walls, these men would become the "walls of Sparta".

To complete the Spartan Agoge, you must overcome mental and physical obstacles that aim to develop your body, mind and spirit.

CHAPTER ONE.

Klaus was sitting in the bar in the Appalachian Mountains when he heard the woman's name again, he had heard her name whispered in bars all along the Appalachian trail where he had come after breaking his curse in Mystic Falls, he was going to make hybrids but had decided not to, instead he had found himself moving from Town to Town along the trail, were there were wolves aplenty, and they were secretive, gossipy, wild, loyal to other wolves even if they were not in their pack, Klaus found himself fascinated and intrigued by them, they drank hard, partied raucously. They were rough strong characters that had little to no fear of others and he had seen the respect afforded to the Alpha's of any wolf pack members or loner wolves should they join the others in the bars to drink with them and several would quietly sit down with the Alpha and discuss a matter and the Alpha would listen intently and then the Alpha would tell the wolf that the matter would be dealt with and to leave it with him or her, and all wolves and their Alpha's would glance at Klaus curiously smelling the wolf in him but also spelling death and kept a wide berth around him and a weary cautious eyes on him now and then, Klaus just sat among them listening, interested in the ways and gossip and it always came around to the Alpha Queen who was beautiful so it was said, ruthless merciful and protected her pack like a fearless leader should.

Klaus got up from the barstool and walked to the Alpha now sitting alone at his table, "Klaus Mikealson, may I?" He asked indicating the vacant chair, The Alpha nodded and waved his hand towards the chair,

"Roderick Barry, Klaus Mikaelson, we heard you finally broke your curse, most were taking bets on you creating a hybrid army," Klaus smirked,

"But not you Roderick? why was that?" Klaus asked interested.

"As the Son of Ansel Aumont the legendary Alpha of what is now named the North East Atlantic Pack, which is the largest, strongest pack in the USA, I would have thought you would take Alpha position and take the pack to greater strengths and heights," Roderick disclosed, and Klaus was more than interested in this information.

"Where are the North East Atlantic's located?" He asked.

"Two Towns over, Hot Springs North Carolina, I'm surprised Carey Poldark has not sought you out yet, he is the current Alpha, but then you have been travelling the Trail and would reach him eventually, no doubt will we meet at the Yearly Gathering of the Packs in a few months time, this year it is being held in Shreveport, big hooha there few months back, the Crescent Alpha Queen returned to New Orleans the blood of a Labonair she is, was adopted out as a baby, and grew up Hayley Marshall, anyway she turns up in New Orleans sees her pack has been cursed since her birth, by some witch on the orders of a vampire and drives the pack to Shreveport, making that their new home and kidnapping the witch who put the curse on the pack torturing the witch till she made the tonic to free her wolves, there was a bit of argy bargy with the Shreveport pack but as their alpha had just been killed the pack bowed down to the Queen," And Roderick took a sip of his beer and continued,
