Stefan invites Klaus and Hayley to Mystic Falls for his returning party as a thanks for helping with Rayna Cruz. While they were there all the Mystic Falls gang is shocked at how close Hayley and Klaus and Klaus' behaviour towards her except Stefan who might have suspicion during his conversation with Hayley at that time.

CHAPTER ONE.
"Your back," Klaus frowned as he saw Kol shoving his clothes in a bag. "Where the bloody hell do you think you are going?" Klaus demanded, seeing what his brother was doing.
"I am going to beat this bloody prophecy that's what I'm doing Nik, the bloody ancestor's hexed me when Davina brought me back. The ancestor's want me to kill Davina. I kill Davina. We have Marcel on our backs. Freya knows the beast enhanced serum extracted from Aurora was stolen by Vincent, Davina stole it back from him." He handed the vial to Nik. "Davina replaced the serum with a meaningless concoction, Vincent has no idea so if he gives it to Marcel or anyone else it will be useless." Klaus smirked ruthlessly at the information pocketing the serum in his jacket.
"Your sire line that is no longer linked to you is coming for you. We have a war impending brother. Stefan Salvatore is home, Rayna Cruz dead. Valerie Tulle is meeting me on the border of New Orleans. She is going to siphon the hex from me. Then Davina and I are getting the hell out of here. I will send Valerie to Mystic Falls. You're going to Stefan's thank you party, take Rebekah and have her hex siphoned. Davina is telling Marcel now we are leaving for a holiday that should keep him off our backs. How you deal with Marcel over the issue of your sired is up to you, as is what you do with the beast serum."
"Call me Kol when you have been siphoned," Klaus demanded.
"Will do," Kol agreed, whooshing away.
Klaus went to find Elijah.
Klaus and Elijah loaded Rebekah's coffin into the back of the SUV. Klaus then put the bags in and closed the back up, glancing at his brother's miserable expression, "Have heart Hayley will come round, you will be reunited before you know it Elijah," Klaus offered optimistic words trying to alleviate the agony his brother was feeling over Hayley's announcement her and Elijah were over.
"No Niklaus we will not, Hayley was adamant and quite firm she no longer has feelings for me it is time I put our relationship behind me," Elijah announced stoically.
"The little wolf is forgiving Elijah ......."
"Indeed for you she is Niklaus but then you are the father of her child. Hayley has made her mind up, you know her well enough to know when she has done so she doesn't look back. I have more than enough to keep me occupied here. I will deal with your incoming sired. Take your daughter and leave the time away will do the three of you good....." Elijah smirked, "Even if it is Mystic Falls. We fought and won against our first sired, they and the Strix are all dead. Kol is siphoned and free from his hex and Davina is safe. Marcel grudgingly wished them well on their trip. He and I have a tenuous alliance but it is there. Once Rebekah is siphoned she will come home, who knows perhaps her and Marcel will finally stop dancing around each other."
