Song= I'll be good-Jaymes Young
Draco
I swear to god, I will kill that stupid, little, horrible son of a-
"Well, you certainly look rather enraged," a voice said behind me as I walked out of the backdoor to Hogwarts. I turned my head to see Blaise sitting in a narrow corner with a cigarette delicately placed in his hand.
I scowled in his direction as I approached him.
"I'm not sure what you're talking about," I said, hiding the lie beneath my breath.
He snorted. "And exactly who do you hope to convince with that? You don't have to be a genius to notice the clear rage burning in your face."
I stared at him, his brown eyes simply responding with a smirk. I sighed and told him what had happened.
"Well, wasn't it your own idea to do the tryouts together?" Blaise then said glaring at me at the opposite corner. I leaned my head against the cracked surface of the wall behind me and breathed.
"Well, yes, but only because I was most surely convinced he would be slow enough to go backward."
Blaise laughed.
"Well, clearly you were wrong because Potter beat you big time."
I flinched. "You were there?" I asked.
"No, Quidditch isn't really my thing, but the whole school's already talking about it. I just simply overheard one of the many conversations regarding the school's new champion."
My stomach churned and heat rose to my cheeks.
"I never should have let that little-"
Blaise chuckled. "You seriously need to control that obsession of yours. It's making you look like you're crushing on the new boy."
"That's an impossibility! How dare you bring up such claims?! I don't even know why I'm speaking to such a-"
"Jesus, chill, Draco. I was just playing with you. Didn't think you would take it seriously," he grinned. "You should have seen the look on your face though."
The yellow bricks were cold against my back and I felt the boiling warmth beneath my skin cool off. I looked at my watch. Wormtail is supposed to be here in ten minutes.
"I'm bored. Wanna do something fun?" A smirk reappeared on his face. I managed a smile and nodded. Then Blaise rose from the ground and started to walk towards me.
I leaned my head against the wall again and bared my neck. My heart pulsed faster in my throat as Blaise placed a hand beside my head and leaned closer.
I raised my gaze from the ground and met his dark eyes. His pupils were wide and I saw my own reflection in them as he gazed at me.
His other arm brushed lightly against my ear, both hands now resting on the wall on either side of my head. His curved lips parted and he kept coming closer. Heat returned and filled my cheeks.
His lips brushed mine and sent shocks down my spine.
"What are you doing!?" I bit out. Blaise didn't even flinch as he pulled away.
"Just a joke, Malfoy. You should think you've never crossed one of those in your life." Blaise grinned.
"Bloody hell, you really got me there for a second." I exhaled, feeling the panic still luring in the back as shadow waiting to be claimed.
"Narghh you're not really my type either."
"You're gay?" I asked, startled.
"No, not really. I just like messing with people," He chuckled and sat down in his corner again.
