Day 3

"Malfoy is going to what!" I burst out, and multiple heads from the remaining students turned towards me.

I flushed in embarrassment and focused on Lupin again.

"It's funny, I recall Mr. Malfoy had almost the exact same reaction," Lupin laughed. To me, it sounded more mockingly than joyful "And just as Mr. Malfoy asked, there hasn't been a misunderstanding, and the subject is not negotiable."

I let my gaze wander across him, looking for any sign of doubt. But there wasn't. This was actually happening.

Bloody hell to the...

I left with heavy steps threatening to join me to the ground and as I made my way back to Ron and Hermione. I saw them waiting in excitement to hear what Lupin wanted to tell me.

It's funny how fast people can change expressions because the way their jaws dropped was like nothing I'd ever seen before. I know they pitied me, and to be honest, I think I might've too.

"I–" Hermione said, no other words leaving her mouth.

"What–" Ron stuttered.

"Don't bother sugar-coating this, guys," I snorted. "There's no way around this, and I'd rather we didn't talk about it," I forced a smile. Hermione noticed and returned my smile.

An hour later a deep thunder had started to spread in my head, and I figured I couldn't avoid the inevitable. Arms hugged me extra hard as I said my goodbyes to the others and then I finally made my way through the closed trees.

When I reached my tent, the zipper was open. I just wished I didn't know why.

My heart thundered against my chest as I made my way through the little hole and entered the tent.

The slender figure did indeed lie down beside me, but I couldn't help feeling surprised as I saw that he was sleeping.

A relieved sigh escaped me and I lay down on the other side of Malfoy.

As I closed the zipper and hereby removed the vision to the dark night sky dancing lively above us.

Every ounce of my body was aware of the human lying next to me. I could hear his silent breaths as his chest raised and then fell. His face was hidden behind a black hoodie, but strands of his blonde hair still showed.

I turned to my other side, facing away from him, and closed my eyes.

After lying still for a couple of minutes my heart still hadn't slowed down. I twisted and turned in my sleeping bag, but nothing seemed to take away the fact that Malfoy's heated body was lying just a few inches from mine.

He suddenly made a groaning sound and my whole body tensed. I could feel how his hands and legs stiffened and I was aware that he was awake now too.

I turned to my other side and finally faced him and a shiver ran through me as I discovered those storming gray eyes already fixed on me.

Sorry for keeping you guys waiting. I'm currently on a trip to London, and I'm sick, so I haven't had much time. But just wait until the next chapter comes out. You're gonna love it<3
