(Day 1 of camp)

My gaze rested on the floor as my two best friends stared at me from the other side of the compartment.

"Harry, what was Malfoy talking about? What did you do?" Hermione asked, trying to meet my gaze. I refused and my cheeks reddened.

."It's... Well. I haven't told you about it because it's quite embarrassing really.."

They had no idea.

"I'm sure it's not that bad," Hermione joked, shaking her head at Ron.

"Well, this is actually REALLY bad," I cringed. The memory instantly flashed before my eyes, bringing me right back to that place.

I felt both of their gazes follow me as I shook my head trying to get rid of the thought. Hermione smiled as she waited.

I breathed and then finally met their eyes. "Okay, so it happened on the night of the carnival..." I began as they both nodded their heads. "You know I had just been in the Ferris wheel with Cedric, right?"

I watched as they both smirked at each other at the mention of Cedric before they looked back at me. I shot them a quick glance of confusion.

"Well, Cedric happened to be the first person I came out to."

I watched as realization struck them and smiles covered their faces.

"You mean..." Ron began.

"Yes. I'm gay," I chuckled.

Hermione leaned forward and hugged me while Ron just leaned back and grinned."Well, what are we supposed to say? Congrats?" He chuckled.

I broke out into a quiet laugh as I looked out the window. "So you're cool with it?"

"Of course," they agreed.

"Well, that's always something. But unfortunately, that wasn't what Malfoy had been talking about."

Their expressions quickly changed again.

"After the Ferris wheel, I found you two again, and together we walked down to the booth where we met Malfoy and his friends, remember?"

They nodded, carefully listening to every word I said.

"Yeah well, after I beat him, he got pissed off and walked away. I thought he was ridiculous so of course, I ran after him. You saw that too I think."

My eyes flickered to them as they nodded briefly, focus plastered tight on their faces.

"He started yelling at me, and then he pushed me against the wall." Hermione's expression started to change as I continued. "And then I ..."

I'm gonna kill Malfoy for making me do this.

"And then I got a boner."

I simply watched as both of their jaws dropped to the flaw, their eyes wide and confused.

"YOU WHAT?!"

"Uhm... I got a..."

"Oh, I heard that," Hermione cut me off as she quickly stood up, just to jump back in the seat. "What I mean is how could he be the cause of... I just don't get how... Why him?"

"You know I've asked myself that too many times the last couple of weeks."

Ron looked too stunned to speak, his mouth hanging open and his brows clenched together.
