Song= The night we met-Lord HuronHarry
Somewhere in the distance thousands of lights were being enlightened. Booths were being placed in long rows and people slowly gathered at the entrance.
Tonight was Carnival night.
A night that was supposed to free students from work and responsibilities. A night where they all got to be young and have fun.
Little did the teachers know, that would be the night to both the beginning as well as the end of everything.

I glanced at myself in the mirror in my new room. A grey t-shirt was clinging to my skin, a pair of black pants underneath. It was the same set of clothes I'd worn to school. My hair looked messy, but Ginny quickly glanced at me from the doorway and told me to leave it.
Percy's old room wasn't big, but it was significantly bigger than the one at the Dursleys. Honey-colored wood beams formed the walls, and lots of pictures were placed randomly against them.
I admired one where Ron was standing between the twins and Ginny. Ron's father, Arthur, had swept an arm around Molly's waist while two other boys were standing in the back. Percy and Charlie I assumed. Bill must've been the one who took the picture. They all shared the same flaming hair and a warm smile.
I don't think I've ever had a moment like that with my Aunt and Uncle.
I often wondered if my mother was anything like her sister? From the way Aunt Petunia talked about her, I couldn't imagine it the slightest.
"Whatcha lookin' at, mate?" Ron says behind me, leaning against the doorway. How long had he been standing there? I hadn't heard him coming down the hallway.
"Argh nothing really, should we take off? I'm sure they're all just waiting for your lazy ass to arrive," I grinned at him.
Ron laughed. His smile wasn't attractive but it sure had that comforting warmth to it. I knew I wasn't the only one who'd noticed. I'd begun to see girls gleaming in his direction as we passed them in the hallways, slightly giggling as he looked at them. I don't think he even realizes he's actually quite popular.
"Sure, I'll tell my dad that we're ready to go," he said and went down into the kitchen. I dumped my phone into my pocket and followed.

Cars were lined up along the road, blocking the way to the carnival, so Ron's father had to pull over a few blocks away.
We said goodbye and listened to the sound of the roaring engine of the old car as he drove away.
Even from here, you could hear the faint sound of festive music and people laughing. As we walked closer, a huge field was revealed in front of us.
Green grass was illuminated by the bright shining lights hanging in long rows above the ground. Purple spots of light were placed carefully around the field that turned the dark sky colorful. Shining stars sang from the naked sky as the sun almost disappeared.
As we approached, a massive group of people had already gathered, blocking the gate. We sighed and got in line. After a couple of minutes of waiting, we were finally met by a lady who asked for our names and tickets. Ron carefully pulled the two pieces of paper out of his pockets and placed them in her red little box sitting on a black desk.
She checked them and gave us both a blue stamp on our right hands.
I admired the blue ink sinking into my skin and wondered why they needed to do that? I mean, they already saw our tickets right?
