Song= Why'd you only call me when you're high?-Arctic monkeys

Draco

I buried my head in my pillow and waited for the annoying buzzing to end beside me.

I rolled onto my side and tried silencing the phone with my hand. I didn't succeed. I sighed and turned my head as a knock sounded on the door.

"Draco, are you up yet?" my mother's voice sounded through the thin piece of wood. I ran a hand through my hair and rose from the bed, causing all blood to leave my head.

"Yes, Mother."

I heard her footsteps disappear longer down the hall and fell back down.

All I wanted to do was keep lying here, in the peaceful silence. I didn't want to eat, and I most certainly didn't want to go to school. Yesterday had been an embarrassment for both me and the whole Slytherin house. I mean, imagine losing to Hufflepuff? That Diggory boy had outplayed me, and I hated it with everything I had.

I thought Blaise had taken the care of the Snitch. I thought everything had gone according to plan. But obviously, it hadn't. What would my father say!

After several minutes of debating whether to get dressed, I finally made it out of bed. I pulled a sweater over my head and had just barely stepped out of the door, when my Mother dragged me down into the kitchen, stuffing me with flavourful pastries.

I spat them out as soon as I reached the front yard., Slowly making my way into Wormtail's black Porsche.

It felt like everyone was staring at me as I walked down the hallways of Hogwarts. I was met by sympathetic gazes, and girls giggling as I walked by them.

But was it me they were sending them at? Or was it just my head messing with me? I instantly regretted ever leaving home.

I pulled my phone out of my pocket and started dialing Wormtail's number when my eyes caught the sight of some awfully familiar round glasses.

I felt the usual hammer in my chest begin to rise and cursed under my breath. Slipping my phone into my pocket again, my gaze followed Potter. He hadn't noticed me yet.

My legs started moving on their own, and I began following him down the hallway. He had stopped at a locker to talk to someone I didn't know.

I walked straight past him but was surprised to find that he didn't even sense my presence.

I grunted, this caught his attention and his head turned in surprise. I turned around quickly, noting my mistake hurried quickly into Professor Trelawney's class.

The classroom was empty, which was understandable. I was way too early.

I debated whether to walk out again and risk Potter seeing me, or just stay here until the bell rang.

I stayed.

It was funny how different a classroom could look when no students were present. When all the seats were empty. When whispers didn't echo through the room. It was all just a skeleton.

I fell down in the seat in the furthest corner of the classroom and gazed out through the window. The sky was a dull grey color and full of heavy clouds filled it, making it even more dramatic, as the shadows danced around.

My gaze remained locked on the window as students started to appear in the classroom. All of them filling the chairs on the other side of the room.

The shrieking bell rang as it emptied the hallways of the last students making their way to the class, and with those students, finally, Potter appeared.
