Nausea rolled over me as I stumbled into the bathroom. Lumps of old food were stuck all over me, the smell making my nose burn.
I took my shirt off, placing it in the sink while turning on the warm water. As I found it somewhat cleaner I turned off the water and hung the shirt up on the stand behind me. Then, I let my pants fall on the floor and entered the shower.
I sighed as the warm water consumed me, drowning out all sounds around me. It was peaceful, of some sort. You know, just simply... existing.
When the smell no longer stained anything related to my skin or hair, I turned the water off and reached for a towel...
No.
No, No, NO.
Shit.
I searched the bathroom, but with no results.
"Damn it," I groaned. "Uhm, can someone please hand me a towel?" I yelled, hoping my voice could reach through the door. I knew the music was probably way too loud, but I kept trying.
I was just giving up when footsteps suddenly sounded in the hallway. I held my breath as the sound stopped, and the door handle slowly turned. I turned around, quickly facing away as everything in me stopped. My motion. My heart. My thoughts. Then the sound of the door closing filled the room with heavy silence.
I pulled my arm out, and someone placed a towel in my hand. I quickly wrapped it around my waist and then turned around.
I went completely still.
Right in front of me, Harry was standing, leaning against the doorway, an unreadable expression plastered on his face.
His hair was falling into his face, slightly dancing upon those dark glasses, his green eyes looking right at me.
God, he was pretty.
I flushed uncontrollably, very aware that I was in fact half-naked. We stood in complete silence and looked at each other.
"Oh... I- I'm sorry, I'm just going to leave now so that you can get dressed..." he said. He turned around and I grabbed his wrist. He stopped.
"No."
He turned to face me, his emerald eyes focused on the place my fingers touched his skin. A small flame slowly ignited within me. I smirked and felt as we slowly switched roles again.
"What do you mean by no?"
I took a step closer, feeling my heart thunder within my chest.
"What if I don't want you to leave?" I whispered against his ear. His breath was sweet poison against my face.
"Are you drunk?" He asked.
"Why does it matter?" I smirked.
He looked at the ground.
"No," I then answered. "I don't touch that stuff. I know what it does to people, and most times, it doesn't end well."
I could feel the tip of his nose against me, as I took a step toward him. He bit his lip as I let my hand run along his jaw. He didn't stop me. So I didn't stop.
"I didn't like how she touched you," I breathed, my voice only a half-choked whisper.
He finally met my gaze, and I had forgotten how much I'd missed those green eyes.
