Chapter 33: Go back home

I yawned after Ellias wake me up.

"You don't wanna missed our flight don't you?" He chuckled.

I immediately stood up when I realize that I am going home today!

Kaagad Kong nasapo ang ulo nang makaramdam ng pagkahilo. Siguro dahil sa bigla Kong pagtayo

"What's wrong?" He ask

Umiling ako bilang sagot. "I'm fine"

"Take a bath now, I'll wait for you downstairs" he said and leave me there after I nod.

I turn on the shower and let the water drips on my skin. I close my eyes and feel the excitement in my heart when suddenly I remember someone that I tried to forget for years.

"How is he? Is he fine? Married? Successful?"

Pinilig ko ang ulo ko kaagad. I shouldn't think of him. But then I can't help but to ask myself about what he's possibly doing after I left.

I sighed. Atleast I don't feel any pain anymore and that all matters.

Matapos maligo ay nag-ayos na ako ng sarili. I make sure that I look presentable yet simple.

Bumaba na rin ako pagkatapos.
Naroon na sa may sala so Dad at Ellias. They were talking and as soon as they saw me they stop and smile.

"Have fun there" Dad said and stood up

Tumango ako at luminga sa paligid. "Where's Olivia?" Tanong ko

"She's still sleeping. She even said that she won't gonna come anymore" dad answered.

"Really?" I ask.

Olivia was so excited about this so I am shock that she won't come anymore.

"You should go now or else you'll miss your flight" Dad said

"Thank you, Dad. I'll call you " Sabi ko at naglakad na palabas.

"Ellias, take care of my daughter" I heard dad whisper to Ellias it was a whisper but I heard it.

"I will" Ellias answered

As soon as we reach the airport I turned off my phone. I can't help but to feel the excitement.

Kinuha ko ang libro sa bag ko at nagbasa roon. Ellias is taking a nap so I have no one to talk to.

"Are you hungry?" Ellias ask as soon as he woke up

"I'm not. Why? Are you hungry?" I ask. He shook his head. "I'm good"

"What are you reading?" He asks
"The book you recommend" I replied and he smile.

"How is it?"

"I love it. I almost reach the half of the book. I really enjoyed it"

He just smiled.

He lean his head on my shoulder and then I heard him sighed.

"Will you be alright?" He asks.

I closed the book and sighed too. "Of course" I answered

Pinagpatuloy ko ulit ang pagbabasa ng hindi na sya sumagot pa. Ilang sandali ay narinig ko na ang pilot na nagpapasalamat sa pagtingkilik sa kanilang airline, kasunod noon ay ang pag announce na pababa na kami sa NAIA.

I can't help but to feel the excitement. I'm finally here.

As soon as we arrive I took my phone and open it. I saw a tons of missed call from Olivia.

I called her and she immediately answered.

"Oh my gosh! Why-----" inilayo ko ang cellphone sa aking tenga dahil sa lakas ng tantrums ni Olivia.
