Chapter 50: Promise

Pakiramdam ko ay ako na ang pinaka masaya sa lahat. I never knew that I can be this happy when I am with him.

Darius and I gave ourselves some time to travel and enjoy our relationship.

"I love you" he uttered between our kisses

"I love you too" I replied before I response to his kisses.

His kisses were deep and demanding, I hooked my arms into his nape to find support because my knees weaken everytime that he will kiss me.

It's been two months since he proposed, we went to different places to create a memories together

We decided to go back to settle and plan for our upcoming wedding this coming November.

"Shall we have a simple wedding?" I offered

"No, you deserve the best, we'll make it extravagant for you" he replied.

"But a simple wedding is fine with me too" just to be practical of course

"No, I'll marry you and I will give the best that you deserve." He said

Wala na akong nagawa pa dahil ang ikasal sakanya ay ang pinaka nasayang desisyon na nagawa ko sa buong buhay ko.

"Shall we move it in October?" He asked

"Huh? Why?"

"I just can't wait to be your husband, that's all" he smiled as he said that.

"Me too, I can't wait to be your wife, but we have to stick to our plan. Two months.. all we have to do is to wait for two months" I said and give him a peck on his cheek.

"Yeah right, I manage to wait for you for years, this one will be a piece of cake" he joked.

Everything is settled, from the motif, the food, the venue, the visitors. We planned everything and all we have to do is to wait for that moment.

"Kailan ang prenup?" Tanong ni Alice

"Maybe next month." I answered.

Pumalatak ito at umiling "See? All along alam ko na kayo talaga e" anito at saka humigop ng kape.

"Our journey became rough, hindi ko rin ineexpect na sya parin pala sa huli" I smiled as I reminisce everything that happened.

"Oo nga, sobrang dami niyong pinagdaanan kaya hindi rin yata ako papayag kung hindi kayo ang para sa isa't-isa" Aniya at tumawa.

We were separated before after the incident of becoming a bargain woman in his eyes, we united and separated again after the misunderstanding. We took four years to see each other again. I hate him to the extent of my living, I never knew that I still love him all along, Ellias was right, I didn't move on, I just hide.

Nang gabi ring iyon ay magkasama kami ni Darius, pinilit ko siya na makipag-ayos sa dad niya. He and his dad weren't in a good terms because of the incident. His dad hates me before and he tried to kidnap me but I blame it to Darius. He only wants to protect me. I have my families full support in this marriage, I wanted to work this out with happiness in both sides.

"Sure ka, his opinion doesn't matter to begin with" Ani Darius.

Nasa kotse na kami at kanina pa ako nito tinatanong kung sigurado ba ako na pupuntahan namin ang Dad niya.

"Yes I am sure, don't you remember on the party? He asks if I am single so he can make me as your wife" I chuckled.

"Yeah, yeah. "

"Let's go, I have a surprise for you tonight" I said and winked. He chuckled and nod.

Hindi ko parin maikaila ang aking kaba nang makarating kami sa bahay nila. Nothing changed in this house, lahat ay ganoon parin.
