Grian Oneshots!!

Stand out fit in

So I know it isn't even Pride month yet but this really deserves respect. I've known this song for a while and I get it. Stand out fit in..

"I know they don't like me that much. Guess that I don't dress how they want" Grian was currently singing a song his older sister had wrote. He was a cross dresser and his parents hated the fact he liked wearing dresses. Yes she is now a famous singer, going by the name Ariana. (Ik ik not from her but yk for the AU?)

He was looking at his mirror. Currently looking at him was his deceased mother and father. He absolutely hated them as they always told him to do things he didn't want. 

"I just wanna be myself, I can't be someone else, Try to colour inside their lines" he continued to sing. He adored his olde sister and would follow her if he could. But she was the honor of the family, he was the disappointment.

Mumbo and some hermits heard amazing singing coming from a certain hermits base. They went a little closer to his base and continued to hear his singing.

"Try to live a life by design! I just wanna be myself, I can't be someone else" Grian cried out. He looked down singing this. The hermits looked at what he was looking at. They couldn't believe it. I mirror of 2 people who they assumed he knew them. 

"Someone else!" Grian shouted to the mirror. The two figures slightly moved back. It seemed to the hermits that he was seriously misjudged by the two.

"They yell, they preach..I've heard it all before" A voice came from the left of Grian, Starlight. She had also joined the singing. Grian looked at her in surprise. Though still continued to sing, "Be this, be that"

"I've heard before~ Heard it before.." Another voice had spoke. It was now Moonlight. By Grians surprise he had gotten the two mystical figures to sing with him. 

Grian was softly crying as he remembered all his bad memories with his horrible parents. 

"Big boys don't cry." Grian sang. He wiped his tears and showed a happy face. The hermits who were male knew this was wrong. Whoever told him this was wrong. Boy also had emotions and could cry when wanting to. 

"Shoot low," "aim high" Starlight started and then Moonlight. They looked at each other with sorrowful looks. Then turned away. Starlight had tears in her eyes. "Eat up, stay thin." Grian singed. His memories of people saying he needs to eat as he was getting thin but others manipulated him think he was over weighted and need to stop eating and stay thin.

"Stand out fit in.." Moonlight didn't like singing that verse as it was horrible. You could be whatever you desired and didn't need anyone to judge your personality, sexuality, and your image.

"Good girls don't fight." Starlight looked at her hands. It had some bandages from.. well.. personal reasons. 

"Be you, dress right" Starlight said looking down at her outfit. She normally wore dresses that were very unfitting to the young female. The hermits who were also females knew their pain and felt bad.

"White face" Grian was about to burst into tears when he had said that part. "Tan skin." Starlight spoke looking at her hands and skin color. 

"Stand out fit in.." Moonlight spoke looking down now. Grian bursts into to tears and moonlight had comforted the hermit. "Stand out fit.. stand out fit in." Starlight spoke softly on that verse and then seriously. She didn't like this pain and just ran off. 

Hermits were in shock Grian went into this pain. The youngest hermit had been neglected, treated wrongly and was being body shamed left and right.

No cliffhanger but uh please don't body shame, nor neglect anyone you know and love. Changing the subject now, FINALLY MOVED TO THE NEW PLACE!! But yeh lol uh- yeh a ok , Now peace!(ITS CURSED!!IT ENDED WITH 666 AHHHHHH)
