Levi couldn't believe that the Easter break was starting on Friday. He was relieved; that was for sure. Grayson had gone home the night before, but decided there was no point coming back to school for 3 days. Instead, some of his friends were collecting all the work he had to catch up on over the break.

He was walking to form with Jaxon, Brooklyn and Chloe, drawing out whoever the girls were bitching about, his mind on one person. It was always on one person.

"...I know right? Can you fucking believe she did that?"

"I'm sure Amber had such a measured response."

"Oh no, Yasmeena told me that Amber lost her shit, and threatened to bounce Erin's head off a brick wall if she came near Dylan again. What a fucking psycho." Brooklyn exasperated.

"Fucking hell." Murmured Jaxon, shaking his head in disapproval.

"I don't think she's a psycho. I mean you're telling me, if one of the girls tried to move to Xavier, you wouldn't freak out?" Chloe questioned, raising an eyebrow. Brooklyn just laughed and shook her head.

"One; none of you would ever do that to me. Two; I'm secure enough in my relationship not to get jealous over petty things like that. I trust Xavier, and I know he wouldn't ever do anything with anyone else."

"What about you Levi?"

"What?"

"If anyone moved to Grayson, do you think you'd flip?"

Levi frowned, rolling his eyes, "No, I'm not a five year old. I'd do the mature thing - spend the rest of the night kissing him right in front of their faces."

They all laughed at that as they climbed the stairs, nearly at their form room. However their laughter was halted instantly at the sight of Charlotte starting to walk down the stairs. Brooklyn made a sound of indignation, moving closer to Levi as she tried to kill the younger girl with a glare.

Charlotte caught Levi's eye, and her faced was pulled down with the weight of her guilt. As they went to pass each other, Brooklyn, the ever mature one, did not move out of the way to left Charlotte passed, instead bumping right into her.

"Oh my god, I am so sorry!" Brooklyn gasped in fake shock.

"Did I hurt your feelings? Does that mean you're gonna go around and out me too?" She snapped, causing Levi to roll his eyes.

"You're not gay." Jaxon pointed out flatly.

"Hang on Jaxon you don't know that. Charlotte hasn't had a chance to tell you." Brooklyn snapped, causing Chloe to laugh. Levi's lips twitched slightly, but he tried to keep it together. Charlotte sent Levi another guilty look, but he just glared back.

"Levi please can we talk?"

"No."

The response came from Jaxon this time, catching Levi off guard slightly. The young fake blonde sent him a pleading, causing him to sigh loudly. "Ugh, fine. You've got two minutes."

Charlotte smiled in relief, but her eyes flicked over to Levi's friends. He followed her gaze, and give them all a look.

"Oh right yeah."

"We'll just go to form then."

"No we fucking won't."

"Brooklyn come on, its not like he's not going to tell us about it in literally...." His friends' voices faded at they carried up on the stairs. Once they were out of sight, Charlotte climbed a few steps to meet Levi.

"I want to say that I'm sorry. What I did was wrong. I was just angry. And hurt."

Levi raised an eyebrow, "You realise thats no excuse right? You outed me Charlotte. That was my right to do so whenever I felt comfortable. You stole that from me."

Charlotte flared with anger at his response.

"I know that, and I regret what I did, but you're not exactly innocent Levi." She snapped, surprising Levi.

"Not only did you treat me like fucking shit, but you cheated on me. With a boy! Did you even stop to think how that would make me feel?!"

"No." Mumbled Levi, suddenly feeling just as guilty.

"I felt so cool, and pretty, and mature, going out with a lad from sixth form. And then when you and Grayson... I just felt ugly. And stupid. Really fucking stupid."

Well that felt familiar to Levi. He sighed, letting go of all the anger he felt. "I get that. I-I'm not saying what you did was okay, but I accept your apology."

"Thank you." Charlotte replied, sending the older boy a small smile.

"And I guess I owe you one too. I shouldn't have led you on." Levi admitted reluctantly, his gaze focused on the window next to them instead of Charlotte.

"I shouldn't have used you either, it was wrong to make you a victim of my own insecurities. So... I'm sorry."

"I... thank you. I appreciate it."

"Can we still be friends?" The blonde haired boy asked, trying to be the bigger person.

"I don't think thats a good idea. I'm trying to focus on my exams."

The relief Levi felt was unreal, and he offered the girl a smile just as the warning bell rang. "Well I'm going to form. See you around?"

"Yeah. Definitely."

Levi basically ran to form, and was the last one there, receiving a hard glare from the history teacher at the front. He dropped own into his usual seat next to Jaxon, and opposite Brooklyn and Chloe, halting their conversation.

"So go on then." Chloe urged instantly. Levi shrugged.

"She apologised. I apologised. We agreed not to be friends. It was fine."

"How boring." Brooklyn frowned leaning back. Levi just rolled his eyes.

"Anyways, what time is this party then?"

"I told you it's not a party.... and Saturday at 8. It's just going to be a few of us. The girls, you guys, Mason, Lucas and Xavier if they want to. You should bring Grayson!" Chloe answered, her eyes turning wide and eager at the prospect of Grayson.

Levi hesitated. "Um I don't know. Grayson is still working through stuff. I'll ask him though."

"Okay. Well you'll come right?" Asked Chloe.

"Yeah probably. I don't have anything else planned." He shrugged. Brooklyn gave him a pointed look.

"Well you're not getting fucked, we're both in work at 9 on the Sunday."

An eye roll was unavoidable as Levi mocked his flatmate, "Yes mother."

"Right let me do the register before we have to go to assembly guys!"
