Levi was sat in his couch, watching at the party raved on in his flat. Everyone seemed happy but him. He was already in a and mood due to the red and pink streaks of hair chalk Brooklyn had forced into his dirty blonde hair and the love hearts she drew on his cheeks. Levi was already on his fourth beer and was starting to feel a buzz, thank god.He was brought out of his pity party by the feeling of someone plopping themselves on his couch, very close to him. He looked to his left to see Charlotte smiling right back at him. She was wearing a short red dress and had a pair of angel wings on. She carried a toy bow and arrow, which she had previously explained that it was her little brothers.
"Are you not having fun?!" She smiled, placing her hand on his thigh.
"It's okay. Not really my kind of music though," He shrugged, taking another sip of his bottle of Budweiser.
"I've never heard this song before either. I typically listen to the top forty or whatever." She said, taking a sip of her own drink.
"I've been listening to The Neighbourhood a lot lately."
"I've never heard of them before, I don't think." Charlotte said, "do they have proper depressing music because I can't listen to anything like that."
But Levi wasn't listening. All he could focus on was the boy who just walked into his flat, his arm wrapped around his girlfriend's waist. His eyes some how look even brighter under the flashing lights. Dressed in a read lfc shirt and black jeans, he looked amazing. Like amazing, amazing. After greeting someone he knew, Grayson's eye found Levi's on their own.
What the fuck was he doing here?! Levi had not invited him. But then again Levi hadn't invited most of the people here. Grayson steered Rosie Levi's way, who wrapped his own arm around Charlotte's shoulders.
"Hi bruv. Cool party," Grayson grinned.
"Thanks. This is Charlotte. Charlotte, this is Grayson and his girlfriend Rosie." Levi introduced, standing and pulling Charlotte up with him. Charlotte smiled and waved at the couple.
"It's nice to meet you," Rosie smiled. "Please can I use your bathroom? I'm about to wet myself."
"Yes! Come on I'll show you," Charlotte offered, grabbing Rosie's hand and pulling her in the direction of the bathroom, without anyone saying another word.
Levi let out a breath rubbing the back of his neck as Grayson let out a laugh. "She seems nice."
"She is. Come on I'll show you were the drinks are." Levi motioned. He drained his bottle and made his way towards the kitchen, Grayson in tow. He grabbed two beers from the fridge and grabbed the magnetic bottle opener off of the fridge. Opening them both he handed one to Grayson and they clinked bottles before taking a swig.
"So, uh, what's with the outfit. Not that it's not great." He smirked.
"Well I got told it was a valentines theme and this was the only red thing I own. I think I should asking you that question though."
"Ugh, don't get me started. Fucking Brooke made me," Levi mumbled, rolling his eyes. He took another sip of beer, leaning back onto the kitchen counter.
"I had fun last Friday. We should do it again. What are you doing tomorrow?" Grayson asked, moving to stand never to Levi.
"It's Valentine's Day isn't it so I have to do something with Charlotte." Levi sighed.
"Oh shit yeah! I forgot. We can sort something out the weekend?" Grayson asked.
"Sounds good," Levi nodded. Just as he was about to start talking again, Charlotte and Rosie walked in laughing. Well they were clearly getting along.
"What do you want to drink Rosie, Levi will make it for you." Charlotte asked as Rosie loved over to squash herself into Grayson's side.
"Do you have any pink gin?" Rosie asked.
"Yeah sure," Levi mumbled pouring her drink. Through the open kitchen door Lucas could be design, dancing obnoxiously, wearing a pink tutu and pink heart glass.
"Your flatmate is so fun! The gays always are though aren't they?" Charlotte laughed. Levi almost stopped making the drink at her words.
Grayson snorted shaking his head, "that's a bit stereotypical isn't it?"
"Well it's not a bad thing. Gay people are always fun whenever I've been around." Charlotte shrugged, taking a bottle of fruit cider from fridge and opening it.
"But you're just making assumptions based on your experiences which is wrong. Gay people can be sad, angry-"
"Why don't we all go dance?" Levi digested, cutting Grayson's rant off.
He passed Rosies drink to her. "Thanks. Sounds like a good idea"
