Levi and Grayson were back in their favourite spot on top of Primrose Hill. It was busier than when they usually went as the sunset was particularly beautiful that evening. Levi had had a half day in school, and had went home to change before making his way over to Grayson's.

The younger boy was greeted rather awkwardly by Grayson's dad, and vetted in the strangest way before he would let Levi come into the house. It was a strange encounter on the whole.

Finding Grayson in his little shed, Levi convinced his blue-eyed boy to get changed out of his pyjamas and go out for dinner. After 30 minutes convincing Grayson to go out, a further 40 minutes for Grayson to get showered and ready, and a 20 minute interrogation from Grayson's dad, the boys left. They had a quick meal at Nando's before deciding to head up the hill. They had mainly sat in silence for the last fifteen minutes before Grayson decided to break the silence.

"My manager called me this morning. Spent the first 15 minutes shouting at me for missing training the past week." Grayson deadpanned, causing Levi to snort.

"But then he said that Liverpool decided they don't want to take me on in the academy. Especially when Borussia Dortmund reps came to watch my last game." He admitted, side-glancing at Levi to gauge his reaction.

Levi's breath was stolen by Grayson's admission. "Fucking hell."

"Yeah. My manager says I have too much potential to go unnoticed so he's been using every connection he has to make sure I get signed next season."

"Right."

"And the Dortmund scouts really wanted me. Not for the academy or Under-23s like I would be playing for Liverpool. For the first team..."

Levi was speechless.

"I'll probably spend most of my time on the bench for the first two seasons. But I'll be straight in the first team. A first team that has Halaand Levi." Grayson stressed, unable to contain the excitement he felt.

"So you're going to go?" Levi asked, his heartbreaking at the thought. They'd only just started and they were already ending.

Grayson nodded, "Yeah. I spoke to the gaffer about it, and then my grandad for like 2 hours. They both think it's too good an opportunity to turn down."

He turned to his younger boyfriend at this, nudging him so that he turned to face Grayson. "Liverpool would rather me get first team experience if the opportunity's there. The plan is always to come back to England Levi. I promise."

Levi nodded, swallowing as he looked down, "So, I see you in a few years then?"

"Well... I wanted you to come with me. I know it's a lot to ask, but you said you wanted to travel, and that you didn't have any uni plans, or any plans at all, and-", Grayson cut himself off and turned back to look at the sunset.

"If you don't want to thats fine. I can get back in contact with the Arsenal academy-"

"No." Levi answered firmly. "You're going."

"We're going." Levi smiled, Grayson whipped his back to Levi, with the biggest smile on his face since their time in the Air BnB. He immediately grabbed his face, pressing a hard close-lipped kiss onto the blondes lips.

"Are you sure?" Grayson asked, biting his lip. As he stared into the depths of his favourite blue eyes that shone with hope, Levi basically melted into a puddle. Grayson could've asked him to do anything and Levi would've agreed.

"Yes. 100%. You're right, I don't really have any plans, and not much makes me happy. But you do, you make me so happy Grayson..... and maybe music. And football. But still. I don't what to give it up. "

"You better brush up on your German then." Joked Grayson, to which Levi responded with a loud laugh.

"Especially if you want to get along with the other wags." Grayson teased, causing Levi to let out an outraged gasp. The younger shoved the older boy playfully, and Grayson chuckled lightly as he did so.

"You cheeky bastard. I am not going to be your footballer's wife."

The two went quiet for a moment. The life changing news beginning to weigh down on them. both.

"On the topic... are you actually going to be... out over there?" Levi asked hesitantly.

"I spoke about this with my grandad as well. He said he would support whatever I decided. But I think, just for the first year. I'm not going to officially come out. I think if I get myself established there, hopefully get the fans onside. And then... we'll see." Grayson shrugged.

Levi wasn't exactly thrilled with his boyfriend's answer. But he understood. The football world wasn't exactly the most accepting unless you were a straight white man. "Okay. Makes sense. Do you not think me being there will make that difficult?"

"Nope. Loads of footballers bring family and friends when they move. We'll just have to be careful. Are you okay with that?"

Levi took a moment to think about his answer before he did so, "Honestly? Not really. But I get it. And I would prefer to be with you in the same house than be in separate countries. Even if it is behind closed doors."

A nod was the only response Grayson gave.

"When do you leave then?"

"The summer. My mum insisted I do my A-levels first. Just in case. And I need to find a proper agent before I think about signing contracts. My gaffer is trying to sort that out as well."

"I can't wait then." Levi smiled, biting his lip. Grayson sat there for a moment, just taking in the beauty of his blonde haired boyfriend. Not holding back, he surprised Levi with a searing kiss. It was hard, and passionate. Every cell in Levi's body buzzed at the contact. Fuck he loved this boy.

Once they pulled away, Grayson leaned in once more for a quick peck before leaning his head on Levi's shoulder.

"I love you Levi."

The words hung in the air for a minute as Levi strayed gain control over his emotions. Deciding not to make a big deal about it, the younger dropped a kiss onto Grayson's head, before resting his cheek on the top of it.

"I love you too." He murmured back. They watched the sun set across the London skyline. Enjoying every single minute of it.
