Levi was sat watching old reruns of Brooklyn nine-nine on his own. He had caved in and began talking to Grayson again yesterday and had once again been up all night. With so much on his mind he was really struggling to sleep. Which meant his school work was suffering and basically, he was very fucking stressed. His phone pinged, causing him to pull it out of the pocket of his red hoodie.

In fact, they probably a made it worse.

He put his phone down and continued to watch his programme. The door opened, and Xavier walked in carrying a bowl of left of lasagne from tea. The atmosphere immediately became tense. They hadn't spoken about what had happened on Thursday and been acting very awkward around each other, much to Brooklyn's confusion.
He cleared his throat and sat down on the opposite end of the couch to Levi, focusing on the tv show and his food. Xavier took two bites before turning to Levi, unable to breath under the weight of the tension.
"So.... about Thursday. What- what happened?" Xavier asked, utterly baffled.
"Nothing! I-it's was nothing, I swear." Levi said quickly before looking back at the telly.
"Well," Xavier started before taking another forkful of his lasagne. "You know that it would be okay if it was..... something."
Xavier looked at the tv as well, trying to be nonchalant.
"Well it wasn't. We were both d-drunk and just picking the, the rubbish up and he nearly f-fell, so I caught him!" Levi snapped, trying (and failing) to cover it up.
"Oh," Xavier nodded, he gathered more food on his fork before nodding with a smirk on his face.
"Of course." He mumbled before eating.
Levi rolled his eyes, grabbing his phone as it pinged again.

Levi sighed, putting his phone away once more. He did not have the energy to deal with that tonight.
His eyes wandered back to Xavier. "You haven't, you know, mentioned it to Brooklyn?"
"No. I wouldn't say anything to Brooke." Xavier mumbled, focusing on the telly.
"Good."
