Levi placed a plate of Spaghetti Bolognese in front of Brooklyn and a plate at his own seat, as Lucas did the same for Xavier and himself.

"Thanks for cooking Levi. It looks so good!" Brooklyn smiled, reaching for some cheese and sprinkling it on her food.

"No problem." Levi said as everyone began tucking into there food. The four eat in comfortable silence for a little while, before Lucas decided to break it.

"So, the contract on the flat ends in July. Are we going to renew it?" Lucas asked, shocking Levi. He focused on his food, not willing to talk about it. He just assumed they would. Did they not like living with them? Was it because he was always paying the rent late? Did they get bored of him? Did he do something wrong? Levi's anxiety rapidly began increasing. Deciding he was not going to be the first to acknowledge Lucas' comment, he focused on his food, shoving a huge forkful into his mouth.

"Well... we wanted to talk to you about that." Brooklyn admitted, giving Xavier a look.

Instantly Levi stopped chewing and quickly looked to Lucas, trying to gage his reaction. Lucas was clearly just as worried as Levi, but the latter did a better job of hiding it.

"I was thinking that I would move in with Xavier this summer. It's just that, the contract on the house that he shares with his friends runs out in August and well..." Brooklyn explained. Levi looked at Lucas, who looked like he was about to cry.

"Wow." Was all Levi could say. What the fuck was he going to do. Where would he live? Would Lucas still want to live with him. Maybe he would have to live with his dad. That would mean moving. Maybe his mum would get out soon. But living with his mum sounded only slightly better than living with his dad. His mind began racing once more. He was suddenly a bit put off of his food.

"Oh my fucking god, how could you do this too us?!" Lucas cried dramatically, dropping his fork loudly on his plate, before glaring at Xavier who had continued to eat.

"You! This is all your fault. Me and Brooke were perfectly fucking fine until you came along. I won't have it." Lucas ranted, his knife pointed in Xavier's direction. But alas, Xavier continued to eat unphased. He liked to think he was better than this. More mature.

"Lucas it's fine! Youse will be fine, we're only going to be a ten minute walk down the road if you renew. And Levi's here!" She said trying to calm him down.

Lucas let out a dramatic sigh. "But he isn't you. He doesn't smell as nice, or cook as often and spends 90% of his time in his room. And we'll have to find a new roommate!"

Levi scowled, confused. He didn't smell bad, right? And he cooked tonight! She glared down at his plate as he resumed eating once again.

"I'm sorry, okay. But we're really happy together and.... we're just ready." Brooklyn said, giving Xavier a smile, who grabbed her hand and kissed the back of it.

"Ugh, fine! Who am I to stand in the way of true love?" Lucas caved before eating again.

Brooke smiled widely before turning to Levi, waiting for his approval. Levi quickly swallowed nodding. "No, yeah, of course. It's your life, innit? I, um, I can figure something out. Er, yeah."

"Oh honey, don't think you're getting away from me too. We are bound for life! Me and you against the world!" Lexuses grinned, pinching Levi's cheek quickly before turning back to his food n
