Levi picked at his crisps, that lay limp on the table which was surrounded by his friends, as they sat in the sixth form canteen. He was trying to ignore the constant messages he was receiving from Charlotte. They had texted over the weekend, the girl a lot more invested that Levi."So you're telling me, that you honestly believe that the queen is actually a lizard. Bruv you are out of your fucking mind." Jaxon chuckled, shaking his head at Matty.
"No, no, no hear me out-" Matty said defensively
"Hi!"
The four boys stopped their conversation to look at Elle, who was stood smiling at their table leaflets clutched in her hands.
"Uh hi?" Thomas said, confused by the girls presence.
"So I was wondering if you all wanted to join my mentoring scheme? Sixth formers will be people from the younger years, giving the advice, helping with friends, or homework tips or anything like that. It's helping get you name out there amongst the younger years." she smiled happily handing each of them a leaflet, which were accepted reluctantly.
"Thanks Elle, but I think we're good," Jaxon said giving her a half smile. She faltered slightly before peeking back up again.
"You know being a year 12 means that you're basically less important than everyone else right? The year 13s obviously overrule everyone, year 11s are the oldest in the lower school so everyone knows them, but year 12s? Especially youse 4, youse are only friends with each other. You don't want to become nobodies." She said matter of factly, folding her arms. Levi rolled his eyes, already done with her bullshit.
"Fucking hell, sorry but do you hear yourself elle? You do know that you're in year 12 as well right?" Levi snapped, scrunching the leaflet up.
"Why do you think I've put this scheme together?!" She cried exasperated. The boys gave each other knowing looks.
"Sorry but no," Jaxon chuckled, taking a bite out of his pasta. Elle scowled, glaring at the boys.
"Fine then. I hope you fade away, don't think I'll notice," she said before stomping off to speak to another group of friends.
"Don't worry guys, if we fade away we can always make mates with Casper the friendly ghost," thomas chuckled.
"Is it just me, or is she kind of sexy when she angry," Matty said suggestively.
"Oh god it's definitely just you," Jaxon groaned.
"You're a fucking freak you know that," Levi said flicking a crisp at him.
