"So you said you started this with your brother" I asked

We were currently in the elevator going to see what the creative and design department had done in the last two weeks

I don't know why Darren insisted I come with, I'm sure he was well aware that Hannah didn't like my presence

"Yes, yes I did"

"Well how come I haven't seen him" I aired out my thoughts

The company's name was D&G and from Darren's explanation he said the letters stood for first names

I've been here for months now and so far I knew the D in D&G but I hadn't seen or meet the G

Darren chuckled

"You have" he said

"I have?" I frowned

"Yeah" he looked at me

I furrowed my eyebrows as I eyed him giving him a stinky eye

"Is something funny?"

He laughed

I looked at him with a boring expression, clearly I didn't see what was amusing in me asking simple questions which I would have asked at the beginning of our friendship

I sighed as I walked out of the elevator that had just opened

The floor welcomed us with people working on designs, others walking around with files in their hands, others cutting fabric

"Hey" he said as he caught up with me "I just remembered when you asked me about him"

I frowned as I stopped and looked at him

"I don't remember asking about him" I simply stated

"You actually did" he said as we both started walking

I shook my head

"The bodyguard you asked about remember?"

I furrowed my eyebrows as I tried to remember what he was talking about

As we continued walking my brain begun it's job searching files on things that happened for the past few months

I froze as my eyes widened

"You mean" my lips parted

Darren turned around and nodded

"He's my older brother" he gave me a sided smile

I gasped

How did that slip my mind, he showed up at the meeting, didn't say a word and suddenly disappeared

Wasn't that enough of a sign

I face palmed myself continuously as I remembered how carefree I was with him, I talked to him so casually and let him into my home without knowing who he truly was

I even drooled on him for Pete's sake

But then I'd have myself to blame, I knew he was a stranger and still let him in

"Hey" Darren said "relax.. it's just Garrel" he said like it wasn't that big of a deal

"My boss yes"

"I'm your boss too and he's not scary" Darren shrugged

"Really?" I asked

Darren looked into open space before he looked at me with narrowed eyes and made a pinch sign
