Two months passed after Garrel fired his employees, he was stressed every time he thought of finding new people to replace them

When he thought of the costs and time it'd take he just felt drained with the process, he was going to lose more money on top of the money stolen from him

We were in tough times but it him more than everyone

Lucky for him he had me, since he had a lot to do I took some of his burdens into my hands

I brought up a suggestion to which he agreed without giving it a second thought, I told him to give the opportunity to his employees in the company who had the qualifications and get interns for the lighter works

If we didn't find any then we'd make a budget for advertisement and take it out to the public

I remembered the day I told him the idea, he carried me and spinned me around joyously. It's obvious he'd have thought of that but he was too angry to think every time the subject was brought up

Everything was getting back to normal except for one thing

The ring leader who was behind all the transactions, he hadn't been caught yet and that made Garrel on the edge

He didn't trust anyone except Mason, Darren and I, because of that we ended up looking at every contract big or small

He said anonymous would be anyone so we had to be vigilant

"I still don't understand why you have to look at even the smallest contract" Reina said

We were currently in my office and she was sitting in front of me

"Well it's necessary, I want to learn everything about this company" I smiled

"By adding more stress and work? Sis sit down" She rolled her eyes

"I don't mind" I said "I enjoy the work plus there's no pressure really so-"

"Garrel really did get lucky with you" Reina said dreamily

"No I'm the one who got lucky" I corrected

"I'd say it's the other way round, I mean" she pointed her hand at me "look at you, working and solving his work issues when you should be out there being a spoilt wife and shopping expensive jewelry"

I laughed at that

"I'm nothing like that Reina"

"Exactly why I say he's lucky to have you" she looked at me

I shook my head as I looked into open space "I'm the one who's lucky... I wouldn't have gotten rid of my insecurities if not for him"

"That's true" she agreed "I do see the change in you, he's the culprit for that I see that now" she smiled

I grinned

"In a way I guess we'd call him your insecurity cure" she said "he's curing you"

"Yeah" I nodded my smile not faltering

"So tell me, any places he hasn't taken you to?" She put her elbow on the tabled and leaned her head in her hand

"Weeeell he's taken me almost everywhere" I giggled

"Which means no more dates?" a playful frown formed on her face

"Then that won't be Garrel" I chuckled "we're going to the famous restaurant that's been opened a week ago at Fiona's mall today"

"Ooouu that's nice, I wish I were you" she said "I've been dying to go there, heard it's expensive"

"I could always take you there" I offered
