Garrel's heart warmed at the sight in front of him, knowing that she'd be the first person to see when he woke up was amazing

He watched as her body heaved up and down peacefully, she looked beautiful in her sleep too,

His hand gently pushed her hair away from her face as he smiled and admired her, he would never get used to this

The movement must've alerted Serah because her eyes slowly fluttered open seconds later, she smiled immediately she saw Garrel

"Good morning" she said groggily

"Good morning wifey" he said his voice deeper than usual

He eyed her as she laid there lazily smiling at him

"How're you feeling" he asked

"Sore but I'm okay" she said

Garrel nodded with a smirk

They laid there silently as he watched her draw circles on his chest

"What's on your mind" he asked noticing the how distant her eyes had suddenly become

"What are you going to do?" she laid her chin on his chest and looked at him "with the situation at work, the employees stealing your money"

Garrel sighed as he looked at the ceiling

"Fire them of course"

"So how will you find them? Won't that be difficult?"

He chuckled

"No it won't" he shook his head "It might take a while but we'll catch the culprits, Angelo is working on the case"

Serah nodded

He looked at her and smiled, he caressed her cheek as he looked into her eyes

"Thank you for taking action when you found something was suspicious, we weren't in a good place then and you still took care of things"

Serah smiled as she placed her hand on his

"You're welcome" was all she said

"Now now let's not talk about work so early in the morning"

"Your clock reads 08:03 it's not early" Serah giggled

Garrel's eyes widened at the mention of time

"What? Here I thought my alarm woke me at five"

"It betrayed you" Serah joked "or maybe you just didn't hear it cause you slept late"

"How could I, I was busy half the night with my wife making up for lost time" he said as he pulled her towards him under the covers

Serah giggled

"We have to go to work Garrel" she said softly

Garrel sighed

"I regret not taking you to our honeymoon" he said

"We could always go if we find time" Serah suggested

Garrel smiled

"Yeah but for now let's take a shower" he said before pecking her lips

Serah slowly walked in the walk-in closet looking for her work clothes, Garrel watched her in her sexy bathing towel knowing exactly what she was looking for

She must've been looking for the dresses, Garrel remembered texting the Head maid to get rid of the dresses when Serah's things were being moved in their room
