A week and a few days passed after Garrel's call with his father, the day of going to his childhood home was closing in and I was getting more nervous by the day

Last time I talked to Garrel's old man, it didn't end well. Circumstances were different back then and we never ended on good foot

My only hope was that his family would like me like Darren does, after that we'd go ahead and meet my parents to tell them about our marriage going official

I was currently in my new office looking at designer applications for The Runway Program that was to happen in two months

Exhaustion filled every inch of my body as I looked at the fourteenth application form, I never knew there would be this many

My door opened causing me to look up

"Good morning Wifey" Reina smiled wiggling her eyebrows

She left the door open wide as she walked in

"It's not noon yet Reina" I sighed with a smile on my face

"Well sue me for being in shock" she sat on one of the two chairs in front of me

"It's been a week" I said

"And I still can't believe you were right under my nose the whole time" she put her forefinger on her chin and looked at the ceiling "you know hiding your face with those annoying bangs of yours makes sense now" she nodded her head

"Well you won't be seeing them often, Garrel hates them with a passion" I looked back at the laptop

"For once I agree with him" she nodded "don't you miss him?"

I glanced at her before chuckling

"I see him at home everyday Reina" I smiled

"That doesn't mean you don't miss him being here" she said as a matter of fact

My eyes rolled into open space and smiled, I guess maybe I kind of do in a way

"Guilty" Reina smacked the table and pointed her finger at me "you miss him" she grinned

"Yeah" I smiled as I looked back at the laptop "I kind of miss him here yeah"

"It's a good thing I decided to visit then"

Reina and I swiftly looked at the direction of the new voice knowing in the room, my face turned into a low key grin as I watched Garrel walk to us

I stood immediately and began walking towards him

"What are you doing here" I said

"To see you" he gave me a lazy smile as I put my arms around his torso for a hug

"You didn't tell me you were going to come" I said pulling away

"It wasn't going to be a surprise then now would it?" he said before looking at Reina "Hey"

"Hi" she waved

Reina stood and threw a smile our way

"I should go now Serah, see you at lunch" she said

"Alright" I nodded and smiled

Garrel walked to his former chair as Reina walked out of the room, she closed the door after completely getting out

I turned and looked at Garrel only to find him staring at me

"What" I smiled

"Come here"

I walked to him as he placed papers on the table from an envelope he came with, eying the papers I looked at him in confusion

"What are these?" I asked standing beside him
