It seemed as though they entered a new world immediately the glass door shut, a world of peace and harmony

There was total silence in the lobby, few people being spotted here and there

Garrel led the way as usual as they walked to the elevator in silence

Serah was still in a dazed state as her legs followed the man that saved her from humiliation minutes ago

They entered the elevator

Nobody knows what could've happened if the truth came out, Serah was certain it was going to be ugly

She glanced at Garrel, she was grateful of this man. If he hadn't-

The kissed flashed before her eyes once again

She bit her lip trying to hide the smile that was threatening to show on her fave, he kissed her, he actually kissed her

HE KISSED ME!

It was only for the paparazzi she knew that all too well

BUT HE KISSED ME

Okay calm down Serah

She pursed her lips as she continued to hide the smile that was fighting hard to show on her face, she wanted to smile, grin and laugh, dance around

The man she liked kissed her forehead, yes the man she was crushing hard on, the one standing next to her, yes that one

The kiss was more than a dream come true from her. It's not everyday such things happened, not everyone is lucky enough to be kissed by Garrel Thompson

She took a brief look at him again, only this time she noticed something

He was staring

He hadn't stopped looking at her this whole time

Garrel leaned on the elevator wall his arms crossed still staring at her

Her heart picked it's pace once again, she held her hands still stopping them from fidgeting

For a second she forgot he had eyes and would actually see her weirdness if she was doing any

Which apparently she did just a few seconds ago

She looked at him again and still, he was staring. That got her wondering, why was he looking at her like that

"Is there something on my face?" she managed to ask

That earned a smile from Garrel

"I'll fight a lot of men tonight" he muttered

"Why's that?" Serah asked

"You look beautiful"

Serah took a look at him and let out a sigh of disbelief

"Stop trying to flatter me Mr Thompson" she looked away "I'm not beautiful"

"You are"

She shook her head

Garrel's heart dropped, how could she say such a thing about herself. Did she not know it? How beautiful she looked, how beautiful she was

She was beautiful both inside and outside, a humble drop dead gorgeous woman

How could she be blind

Garrel took a step closer to her and tilted her head with the tips of his fingers causing her to lock eyes with him

Time stopped for Garrel, the same was for Serah as she looked deep into his grey eyes. She'd lie if she said she wasn't lost in them at that moment, his eyes were captivating
